What You’ll Do for Us
Performs skilled maintenance and repair services of facility or/and production plant systems such as mechanical, electrical and building or/and production line systems. Plans and conducts building repairs such as repair outdoor lighting, doors, drywall, and ceiling tiles. Installs insulation and plastic coverings on product lines and piping, perform light plumbing and repairs. Performs facility preventative maintenance programs as directed.
Plans and performs all facilities build-outs, including framing, hanging and finishing sheetrock, concrete work, floor installation and repair, drop ceiling installation, paneling, roof repairs, changing lights/ballasts, minor electrical wiring/repairs and inspection of electrical panels.
Performs building maintenance and troubleshooting to meet or exceed plant and departmental goals while ensuring tasks are completed in a safe manner to ensure achievement of Quality, Service, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Cost Objectives.
Complies with all standard operating procedures and requirements under CCR Quality System
Directs and tracks contractor needs, and activities as directed by management.
Satisfactorily completes lift training courses and safely operate a forklift and high reach.
Works with facilities maintenance personnel and vendors/contractors to complete tasks and generates purchase requisitions as needed.
Utilizes computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track all work.
Properly trouble-shoots and maintains production lines and/or batching/processing equipment.
Qualification & Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent required, Associates or technical degree is preferred.
Must be able to achieve a passing score at the tech 1 level of the Maintenance Technician test
3 - 5 years' experience in manufacturing maintenance with prior diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance experience are needed
Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Control (PLC), mechanical, electrical, lubrication, fabrication, pneumatic and hydraulics are required.
Must be able to supply own hand tools.
Prior welding experience is preferred.
The ability to interpret basic blueprints and schematics is required.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have experience operating power industrial equipment such as forklift.
Must be able to understand and use Safety Data Sheet, and preventive maintenance documentation.
Must be able to use a computer and associated software programs such as (CMMS “Maximo”)
Must be certified on the JPM for this position within six months of start date.
This position requires the following certifications: CARO (Certified Assistance Refrigeration Operator) and subsequently the CIRO (Certified Industrial Refrigeration Operator) through the RETA (Refrigeration Engineering Technician Association)
Must be able to work an eight (8), ten (10), or twelve (12) hour shifts as required with overtime or extended hours as necessary and work any shift as directed.

Freestyle Innovation Center Program Manager
As a support member of the Coca-Cola Company Freestyle Innovation Center, Capabilities & PMO team, the Program Manager will lead and manage all aspects of a project that may be part of a larger program, which may or may not be global. Scientist IV - R&D
The Scientist IV will work onsite in the Atlanta, Georgia location for Global R&D team with a focus on the North America Operating Unit of The Coca-Cola Company.
This Food Scientist role will conduct product development in the Hydration Category. This position requires the ability to design and execute new products from concept through to commercialization using knowledge of food science, sensory guidance, analytical, microbiology and engineering principles. In addition to new products, this role will support base business maintenance and productivity projects as appropriate.

Interacts and communicates regularly with bottler and company senior management in the reporting of business risks
- Assesses and provides feedback on the quality of corrective action plans to ensure the effective completion and mitigation of all risks and identifies manufacturing, procurement, and regulatory concerns.
- Continuously seeks insights and knowledge on industry trends and technology that will further improve the organizations value proposition and performance. Utilizes subject matter expertise to participate in the review, development and enhancement of company standards, policies, and procedures
- Leverages business relationships and influence leadership and operations to support, communicate and drive the execution of current and future program for regulatory compliance as well as provide technical expertise
- Works in collaboration with R&D in order to reduce time to market, improve productivity and flexibility, reduce complexity, logistics cost reduction, re-apply ideas & leverage intellectual property across the System, minimize write-offs, optimize product and packaging and increase equipment utilization.
- Works closely with R&D ensuring supply and manufacturing effectiveness is considered from prototype selection phase.
- Proactively works with R&D to rationalize formulas and conducts routine meetings with R&D on prototypes to ensure knowledge sharing with regards to processes and capabilities and to identify and resolve potential issues with formulas.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life/Health Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field is required, Master’s degree is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or similar technical field including at least 3 years working with manufacturing operations is a must with knowledge and application of concentrate and beverage base manufacturing processes
- Qualified candidate must possess knowledge with the following systems: SAP, PICASSO, Clarity
- Must possess the ability to apply technical knowledge and establish credibility with highly technical audiences with the ability to break down or modify complex technical information as needed to communicate it orally or in writing to non-technical company staff.
- Must possess the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement, as well as the ability to analyze business processes and develop systems-based solutions that will improve current state.
- Knowledge of data in the Formula Management System, including reasonable value ranges and calculations origin, and the ability to recognize inconsistencies is needed
- Knowledge of process operating conditions and requirements leading to the safe manufacture of products (OSHA) as needed, this includes the implementation of and assessment of performance to these requirements in areas such as loss time injury rates, lock out, tag out, hearing conservation, fall protection, work at heights, safe operation of forklifts and trucks, and confined space entry management
- Knowledge of project management principles and the ability to apply these principles, tools, and techniques to develop/plan, manage or execute projects or work plans to ensure successful completion is needed
- Experience with implementation and oversight of environmental and safety management systems such as ISO14000/18000 is needed
- A proven track record of driving improvement in Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health (EOSH) performance indicators is highly preferred
- National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) Certification and Green Belt Six Sigma are preferred
