Overview

To identify and intervene with at-risk populations to mitigate psychosocial barriers to optimal care outcomes. Social workers provide services to children, adolescents, and adult patients / families / staff at Children's Mercy and complete comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans in conjunction with internal and external team members.
