Job Description
Oversee the execution and production of our social media content. Develop, produce and deliver social media content across all channels to drive organic reach and customer engagement.
The position will report to the Social Media Marketing Coordinator / Manager and will work across social strategy and content planning.
Duties
- Execute a social media content strategy that is consistent with the Westgate Resorts (Corporate) and Westgate Sport and Entertainment (WSE) brand image and messaging.
- Create and manage editorial calendars for the creation of fresh content that fulfills the objectives of Corporate, WSE and sales-driven marketing strategies.
- Ideate and facilitate creative asset production (provide asset specs, attend to briefing meetings, etc.), launches (copywriting and scheduling) and social optimization.
- Develop our UGC and photo advocacy platform strategy while finding new ways to "level-up" our marketing efforts to reach new guests, engage current audiences and team members.
- Create content repurposing process to ensure proper formatting, context and delivery for each social media channel.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Partnership / Sponsorship ops teams to develop social media promotions that help achieve Corporate, WSE and sales-specific marketing goals.
- Develop and communicate weekly and monthly social media reporting and analysis along with recommendations for improved future content performance.
- Continually develop the best ways to optimize our content by contributing fresh ideas.
- Collaborate with creative team to ensure needs are captured in advance for all photoshoots, and provide insight, recommendations and data to creative team to support optimized creative concepting.
- Monitor WSE events related websites for accuracy (photography, descriptions and other content).
- Keep abreast of current best practices and social platform changes while continually learn the best ways to optimize our content and grow our channels.
- Recommend, implement and refine strategies that promote effective digital delivery of content.
- Foster an environment which encourages intelligent risk taking, innovation and creativity.
- Identify opportunities for storytelling on social within marketing campaigns and real time events. Attend events and produce live social media content as needed.
- Other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years social media experience or related field.
- Experience using social media platforms and tools preferred. Including but not limited to : Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, as well as tools like Salesforce Social Studio, Sprout, Later, etc.
- Experience sourcing, creating / managing content development and publishing.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the latest trends in social media creation, platforms and consumption.
- Familiarity with photography, video editing and design and experience and proficiency in design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to commit to a flexible schedule, being available to make social posts and answer inquiries when collaborates need information, which will include weekends and evenings and some holidays.
- An innovative mindset, with unwavering commitment to creating excellent content.
- Strong decision-making, time management & planning skills.
- Exceptional storytelling, brand voice, brand writing and social marketing skills with proven ability to develop content that travels beyond just a singular social post.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the EA SPORTS portfolio social media strategy.
- Collaborate with managers across the Communications team, MarComm, Brand, and game teams to ensure execution of EA SPORTS Portfolio’s tactics / campaign beats.
- Develop creative engaging social media content for deployment for EA SPORTS Portfolio’s social media channels.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
- California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento) : $78,500 - $119,650
- New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo) : $73,150 - $119,650
- Jersey City, NJ : $84,750 - $119,650
- Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs) : $73,150 - $97,500
- Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane) : $73,150 - $105,250
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical / dental / vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.

PARENTAL LEAVE POLICY :
Shalom Orlando provides leaves of absence without pay to eligible employees for any of the following reasons :
The birth of a child and to care for such child.
The placement of a child with you for adoptions or foster care and to care for the newly placed child. To care for a spouse, child or parent ("covered family member") with a serious health condition.
Eligible employees are normally granted leave up to a maximum of 12 weeks within a 12-month rolling period measured backward from the date of any leave usage.
If the initial period of approved absence proves insufficient, consideration will be given to a request for an extension.
Extensions will be provided based on operational requirements and business needs. However, benefits will only be provided for the initial maximum of 12 weeks after which time the employee may apply for benefits continuation under COBRA.
