Job Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general security duties to our clients.

You will promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards. You will need to understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.

You will participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures, as well as DSI’s safety manual. You will be interacting with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.

This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.

You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements.

Pre-employment requirements are to be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license is required.

PERC Card required. You must have reliable means of transportation and means of communication. You must pass all required background and drug screenings.

About the role :

GoHealth is looking for a Senior Security Engineer to join its InfoSec department. This person will play an integral role in ensuring protection of our network and data.

This candidate will oversee and delegate to the group major initiatives and be involved in strategy, planning, vendor selection, assessment and implementation.

This person has the opportunity to implement infosec strategies with major impact across our organization. This person will report into our Sr.

Director of IT Security

What you’ll do :

• The Candidate will develop and test patches to fix Software, Hardware and Firmware vulnerabilities
• The Candidate will concentrate on vulnerability management including analysis and remediation of IAVMs, Cyber Tasking Orders (CTOs), Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs), Vendor Patches and STIG configurations
• Documentation and verification of all installation and configuration steps
• Develop test plans / procedures for software integration and unit test
• Work with software developers and / or vendors as needed to help diagnose and identify the root cause of problems found during system integration
• Submit problem reports for errors found per Agile processes and coordinate daily integration activities
• Installing and unit testing Cyber Products
• Providing redlines to engineers and feedback to Cyber Leadership will be required as part of this position responsibilities
• Documenting lessons learned, best security engineering practices, and industry standards will be required in daily tasks as well

What we’re looking for :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience required, with expertise in security architecture design, network security, mobile security, vulnerability management, threat intelligence / analysis, and risk management.
• CISSP or CISM Required
• Experience with vendor selection
• Superior collaboration, communication, people management, and coaching skills
• In-depth understanding of relevant frameworks and regulations including HIPAA, SOX, and NIST
• Ability to translate complex technology and security information into understandable business risks
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus and execute iteratively as a pragmatic change agent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Position Details :

The Security Engineering Manager leads the team in the implementation, automation, and management of Grainger security tools.

You will provide guidance and set strategy as the team continues to improve Grainger security posture. You will act in a liaison capacity with other areas within Enterprise Systems, the business and company vendors or suppliers.

You will report to the Director of the Attack Surface Management team in Grainger Information Security Group.

Compensation :

This position is salaried and will pay between $126990-$195330 with a target bonus of 15%

You Will :

• Protect the integrity of Grainger information assets while enabling business functionality in all systems and environments by implementing applicable security solutions
• Engage and collaborate with direct reports on individual learning and professional growth plans
• Coordinate the daily activities of team members including maintenance support and technical project work to ensure performance objectives are met
• Contribute to Infrastructure Standards development, Tool Selection, and Documentation Management

• Develop and automate security processes by integrating security tools, ITSM systems (ServiceNow, Jira), Reporting / BI solutions (Tableau, Power BI), Other
• Collaborate with Grainger technology teams in development of process automation, solution development, systems hardening, and technical problem resolution
• Collaborate across Grainger to help with development and adoption of security best practices
• Develops, monitors, and assesses individual staff performance to provide feedback and promote team effectiveness

You Have :

• 3 5 years senior level technical experience in the following areas :
• Security Tool Management AV, EDR, IDS / IPS, Firewalls, SIEM, UEBA, Office 365 Security, Network Security, Other
• Scripting / Automation PowerShell, Python, Othero Enterprise Technology, on-premises, and cloud AWS, Office 365, Windows, MacOS, Linux
• 2 5 years people leadership experience
• Working knowledge of business and business strategy

This role does NOT work a consecutive Friday / Saturday

Example Monday through Friday (no Saturday) or Monday through Thursday and Saturday (no Friday).

Responsibilities :

Provide general security duties to client, such as : crime prevention, crime reduction, and order maintenance by observing, documenting, and reporting activities.

Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipmentMaintain visibility to ensure / deter unacceptable activities.

Comply with company specific instructions, which may include : the checking of employee badges, conducting walks of perimeters and / or interior offices and doors.

Must understand and comply with all client regulations. Monitor and authorize entrance / departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.

Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.Any other duties that may be required or assigned by management.

First Responder Team member with certification in First Aid, CPR and AED (training will be provided).

• RequirementsGood working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment and enforcement procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with staff, clients, and the public. Bilingual a plusAbility to understand and follow standard operating procedures, ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance, ability to write and investigate required reports;

ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.Basic Computer skillsAbility to stand and walk for 40%-50% of your shift.
