Key Role :
Supports a range of services supporting day-today management and implementation of Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Security for a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) to include classified documentation tracking and maintenance, personnel security questionnaire preparation to include conducting prescreening interviews, visit request preparation and control, preparation of courier letters, issuing courier cards, classified meeting coordination, processing of foreign travel and foreign contact information, courier runs, packaging SCI material for shipment, operating classified hardware, SCIF access control, visitor check-in and check-out, scheduling, and reviewing, updating, and implementing SSO regulations, to include those related to SSO processes, Security Education Training and Awareness (SETA), and working directly with the SSO for tasking and approval of completed work efforts and collaboration with process improvement.
Supports several SCIFs on base and offsite location to include courier runs processing administrative documentation, implementing physical security requirements and coordination of large symposium or meetings held within SCIFs.
Provides recommendations during the construction or modification of SCIF(s) and assist with preparing required documents for physical accreditation, TEMPEST accreditation, and information systems accreditation.
Conducts random entry and exit inspections and assist with investigating and documenting any security incidents. Processes all foreign travel and foreign contact forms received by the SSO from Government and contractor personnel with SCI access.
Basic Qualifications :

Security Officer (Armed)
POSITION SUMMARY : This armed position is under the direct supervision of the Manager for assigned high profile site and performs a variety of security-related duties.
In this position, you will observe and report activities and incidents at assigned locations, providing for the security and safety of client property, visitors, and personnel.
As an armed officer, you may respond to unusual or emergency situations using appropriate escalation of force level up to and including armed response as dictated by the situation and protocol.
Additionally, you will assist in preserving order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises;
control access to client site and facility through the admittance process; responsive in all situations; monitors entrances and exits and acts to prevent unapproved or unlawful entry.
Some assignments may patrol assigned site on foot or in vehicle, checks for unsafe conditions such as hazards, unlocked doors, and security violations;
protects evidence or scenes of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations; prepares logs or reports as requested.
May be exposed to stressful situations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Background Prerequisites
Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, may need to meet Physical examination requirements per assignment and behavioral selection survey, in addition to any mandatory licensing requirements.
- U.S. citizenship preferred
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma / GED
- Speak English fluently, read and comprehend written English, and compose coherent written reports in English.
- Have a minimum of two (2) years of Armed Security / Law Enforcement experience OR two (2) years of honorable service with the US Armed Forces.
- Candidates may need to be qualified for work under Exec Order 14042, Vaccine Mandate for workers on federal contracts
Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and / or testing)
- Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county and municipal licensing and permit requirements for armed security work and specific protective device and weapons qualifications.
- Must be able to meet and continue to meet certification requirements for Basic Life Support CPR / AED and First Aid from American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.

Physical Security Guard
Overview VTG is seeking a Physical Security Guard to provide night time security support in Pearl City, HI. Would be responsible for coverage during the times of 11pm - 2am.
What will you do? Provide security checks on secure room doors inside NIWIC Pacific Hawaii. Track and report nightly checks.
Submit reports to supervisor. Report and document any problems and / or discrepancies to Supervisor immediately Security checks will take place during the night shift seven days a week.
Do you have what it takes? Must have an active secret clearance. Must be a US citizen. Must be reliable. Flexible hours.
Not required to stay at the facility Must be available to perform site security check every 4 hours within the time-frame.
