What you would be doing :

As the security / receptionist you will create a warm and welcome impression as you greet, answer questions and provide information to residents, their family members, employees, visiting health care professionals and other visitors in person and by telephone.

You will play a key role in supporting business office functions, resident admission and referral activities and other center departments.

The position requires a positive, outgoing personality and a pleasant sounding voice.

The receptionist directs visitors and callers to correct personnel and / or locations and monitors security and safety of those entering the facility.

This is a full-time Monday through Friday position from 3 : 00pm - 11 : 00pm and every other weekend.

The successful candidate :

• Ability to collaborate with campus partners to discuss identified IT-related security risks.
