POSITION SUMMARY : This armed position is under the direct supervision of the Manager for assigned high profile site and performs a variety of security-related duties.

In this position, you will observe and report activities and incidents at assigned locations, providing for the security and safety of client property, visitors, and personnel.

  • Prepares logs or reports as required for site; writes or types reports or enters information in a computer using standard grammar;

inspects security control logs and takes action as required.

  • Observes and reports incidents or suspicious activity to client representatives, company management, life / safety personnel or public safety authorities as appropriate for the circumstances and / or as required by the site.
  • Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents or conditions following procedures established for the site, by the company, and / or through training or certification.
  • Carries out specific tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Landmark Event Staffing Services, a national leader in the provision of crowd management and security services to major sports and entertainment venues, is seeking qualified candidates for Event Staff and Event Security positions in our Baton Rouge branch.

Landmark Baton Rouge teammates provide security, event staff and guest services to major regional clients, including LSU Football, Baseball and other athletics and events and Raising Canes River Center events .

They also have the opportunity to work events in New Orleans, including S aints’ football, Pelicans’ basketball, Mardi Gras, Essence Festival, concerts and other major events.

Strong performers may also have the opportunity to travel to work at major national sports and entertainment events nationwide.

Great part-time or secondary job with flexible hours. Qualified candidates must be 18 years or older and will be required to pass a criminal background check upon contingent hiring.

Must be able to communicate clearly in English (bilingual applicants encouraged).

Licensing is required for some positions. Landmark will assist in acquiring the license.

Competitive wages starting at $13 for event staff and $14.50 for licensed security guards at LSU and vary by client and position.

  • Minimum two years of recent experience in assisting in implementing ERP Financial applications with knowledge and experience of Oracle Cloud ERP applications security required.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud security design and implementation methodology around the following areas
  • Oracle business processes (e.g., purchase-to-pay, record-to-report, order-to-cash,epm), user provisioning and change management processes.
  • Internal controls within and around the Oracle Applications
  • Oracle Applications security and how to achieve a design that enables an end user but also establishes control.
  • Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SOD), personally identifiable information (PII) and Internal Controls
  • Knowledge of business processes, user provisioning processes, and security maintenance processes
  • Strong understating of Single Sign-on (SSO) and Multi-factored authentication (MFA)
