Secureone Security Services is looking for a dynamic individual who has supervisory experience, excellent customer service skills, and technical experience to join our Tucson office as a Security Field Manager.
In this role, the Security Field Manager will manage evening and overnight operations, the Field Manager will be an experienced security supervisor / scheduler who can maintain multiple site and city schedules.
In addition, the Field Manager will conduct on-the-job training for new guards and various follow-up training needs, as required.
In addition, when needed, you will be required to perform various field security tasks including, but not limited to, filling any open post spots in the security schedule.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

- Human Resources : Recruiting Screening / Interviewing / Onboarding / Orientation. Includes travel recruiting when needed.
- Coordinate and maintain the daily security schedule for multiple sites / cities
- Ensure officer attendance at scheduled work posts; enact progressive discipline when needed.
- Conduct spot checks of security officers online and in person.
- Conduct on-the-job training of new officers.
- Conduct general training, as needed, for all officers including cross training of reliable officers.
- Review daily reports from each worksite and address any concerns.
- Work with Security Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) to ensure seamless functionality of security operations.
- Monitor and fix overtime, under hours and progressive discipline reports.
- On-call coverage includes after hours, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum of 2 years proven security scheduling experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisor experience.
- 5 years' experience in the security industry
- Possess a valid security license in the state in which you are applying
- Must be at least 25 years of age
- Clean driver's license, no serious moving violations in the past 5 years
- Must have a reliable means of transportation
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a background check / investigation
- Clear positive personality traits and qualities including leadership, communication, conflict resolutions, etc.
- Ability to become an armed qualified manager if needed.
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS :
- 3-4 years of progressive and proven security scheduling and supervisory experience
- Prior human resources experience (i.e., recruiting, hiring, terminating, promoting, etc.)

This is a Full-Time position at Northwest Medical Center.
Summary :
Provides security for patients, employees and visitors; protects facility buildings, assets and premises as assigned. Patrols campus buildings and premises to discourage theft, vandalism, and unauthorized intruders while watching for the occurrence of fires.
Writes "Incident Reports" and supports the report with investigative follow-up. All written documentation is proof read for spelling and grammatical errors then submitted in a timely manner.
Photographs are taken when applicable. Conducts periodic patrols of the assigned adjacent buildings and monitors all safety concerns.
Works with clinical personnel when child custody issues or patient protection issues are present.

Security Officer
SUMMARY :
Protects buildings and grounds to prevent fire, theft, vandalism, or illegal entry. Regularly tours the facility to determine that possible entry points are secure and not tampered with.
May respond to employee calls for assistance or escort to and from parking lot or building. May be assigned to one post or may constantly tour the facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Patrols hospital buildings and premises to prevent fire, theft, vandalism, and intruders.
Controls parking and traffic flow; enforce parking regulations.
Responds to emergencies such as accidents and injuries, crimes in progress and safety hazards.
Provides assistance, summon proper authorities and police to maintains order, safety and to protect property.
Directs and / or escorts patients, visitors, and personnel to hospital buildings and premises.
Secures and / or unlocks offices and facilities.
Handles all incoming telephone calls, exercises judgment as to the urgency or other nature of the call, and directs them to the appropriate personnel.
Investigates disturbances and, in the event of an emergency, take charge of policing to maintain order, safety, to protect order.
Prepares crime, injury and incident reports; maintains records on vehicle related issues.
Performs comprehensive investigations of alleged violations of criminal law; prepares reports detailing activities and findings.
Adheres to TMC organizational and department-specific safety, confidentiality, values, policies and standards.
Performs related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION : High school diploma, or general education degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
EXPERIENCE : Six (6) months of security experience preferred.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT : Due to insurance company requirements, incumbent must be 21 years of age or older in order to operate a company car.
LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION : Valid Arizona driver’s license. Security license by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
Must complete the following within 60 days of hire : Officers must complete the Security Departments approved training program in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Healthcare Restraints, Self Defense, and Baton.
Officers must also complete any new additional training the department has approved to help create a safer environment for the Officer and everyone.
Officers will need to re-certify every year and complete competencies throughout the year.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
- Knowledge of security measures to be taken to secure facility, grounds, staff and the general public.
- Skill in patrolling grounds and facilities ensuring nothing is suspicious looking or possibly unsecured when it should be.
