Retail Sale Associates ensure our retail stores operate smoothly and provide exemplary customer service. Educated with expert product knowledge, they utilize proper selling techniques to assist customers throughout every step of the transaction process, always positively representing the New Balance brand.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide customer service using proper selling techniques, product knowledge, and the GUEST service model : G reet and make customer contact U nderstand the customer's needs E ducate the customer on product features and benefits S olve any customer problems / answer any questions T ransact the sale through suggestive selling, multiple selling, and effective closing
  • Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product

  • Protect our products by greeting customers, attaching / detaching security tags, monitoring floor merchandise, reporting shrinkage and security violations, etc.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS

  • Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary
  • Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment
  • Familiarity with cash register functions
  • Ability to quickly perform basic math
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays
  • Ability to : lift 4 lbs. frequently; lift maximum 8 lbs. occasionally; kneel or squat frequently; move boxes of product up to 50 lbs (with assistance if necessary);

As temporary assistance for property Turnover, you will help us to provide a seamless move-out and move-in experience for our residents.

Responsibilities :

  • Performs miscellaneous maintenance duties as assigned by the manager including but not limited to painting, minor drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing, trash removal and furniture removal / install.
  • Participates in apartment inspections and assist in documentation of overall unit condition.
  • Performs light housekeeping duties.
  • Helps to keep grounds clean and free of debris and trash.
  • May also perform general administrative assistance including but not limited to opening, closing and maintaining the office, clubhouse and amenities, maintaining office organization and file structure, logging and retrieving customer packages.

Qualifications :

  • All-in attitude and an eagerness to help in a variety of capacities!

  • Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors. Frequent physical movement is expected.

Job Description

An instrument repair Detailer / Grader job is to detail, clean and grade rental instruments to help serve as the final quality control check in the refurbishment process before the product is moved to distribution.

Preparing them to return to stock in a timely and proficient manner.

Essential Functions (not all-inclusive) :

  • Detail and clean instruments in a timely manner based on production standards
  • Report quality control rejects
  • Perform general warehouse and distribution tasks

Your responsibilities

Combustion Turbine Commissioning field service engineer is responsible for providing field technical services for Siemens Energy combustion turbine-generators and associated auxiliary systems including commissioning, fact finding, trouble shooting, combustion dynamics & emissions tuning, and periodic support of new unit installations.

SERE

Metrology field service engineer is responsible for providing metrology and alignment field services for Siemens Energy turbine-generators.
