The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Team. This position will coordinate sales activities, maintain good customer relationships, work with other departments to ensure Sales Team objectives and needs are met, and promote customer satisfaction.

  • Maintains knowledge of products and services to provide excellent customer service.

  • Organizes and maintains files.
  • Assists with special events.
  • Maintains knowledge of products and services to provide excellent customer service.

Skills and Experience

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred .
  • Experience in the Hospitality industry preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion while maintaining high professionalism and strict confidentiality.
  • High level of accuracy / attention to detail.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence; ability to build and maintain trust with leaders and team members.
