An Inside Sales Rep. will play a fundamental role in building our customer base while meeting revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with external sales representative team members, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Responsibilities :
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualifying opportunities to appropriate sales team members for further development and closure
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Work with other outside sales team members to build pipeline and close deals
- Fill orders by transferring orders to operations for processing, communicate expected deliver date and communicate inventory needs to Plant Managers
- Creating and maintaining a list / database of prospective clients using (Salesforce, Excel etc.)
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
- Set and meet sales goals set by leadership
- Service walk-in and will call customers

Commission : $1,000 per paid focus group discussion. The potential exists for repeat business such as in the case of large law firms who may have an interest in mock-jury trials or a political party who needs to know the public's perception on candidates.
