Job Description
This role will be a combination of inbound leads, qualifying conversations, data scrubbing, and applying outbound effort to self-source opportunities.
This is a full sales cycle position with an emphasis on self-sourcing deals with the goal of closing. They will also focus on upselling products and creating a seamless process for the customer with quick demo video resources and information-based calls and emails.
Job Duties
Leverage our tech stack to strategically execute omni-channel, full-cycle sales strategies that provide value and drive valuable interactions with our customers.
Execute a high touch, high-quality activity cadence resulting in 80+ customer interactions daily.
Create interest and work directly with prospective customers via telephone, email, and online meetings to create new selling opportunities and solve challenging customer problems in a consultative way
Build and accurately manage your sales pipeline with regular pipeline reviews, creative advancement strategies, and the ability to translate product features to customer solutions
Follow-through on all commitments to customers ensuring a successful internal transition throughout their onboarding experience post-sale
Continue to gain advanced product and market knowledge to differentiate yourself and SportsEngine as both a technical and business fit for our customers
Own your results. Unwavering personal daily effort standards so coaching focus centers around goals, sales skills & career growth
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
2+ years in sales for Sales Rep roles
Demonstrated passion for sales, learning, and growth
Strong, consistent record of accomplishment of sales performance in consultative and outbound sales environment
Aptitude to engage with customers in a high energy environment with 80+ engagements each day
Willingness to help with coverage and additional tasks to help the team
Ability to relate and understand sport administrators’ desired outcomes with strong telephone skills.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Desired Characteristics

Demonstrated multi-tasking abilities with consistent and timely follow-through.

Co-op Partners Warehouse (CPW) is a cooperatively owned, produce and natural foods wholesale distributor servicing co-ops, retailers, restaurants, educational institutions, and buying clubs in the Upper Midwest.

We have an immediate opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our team in St. Paul, MN. Must be available weekdays and some weekends.
Purpose : The Sales Associate 1 is responsible for accurate order fulfillment, assisting with quality and inventory control.
Reports To : Sr. Manager of Sales
Essential Functions :
- Account management for select customers.
- Guide and process customer orders and inquiries.
- Communicate with customers via phone and or email.
- Solve customers problems and find best possible solutions.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
- Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
- Run inventory and sales reports by customer.

Job Requirements :
