Position Summary :
With our continued growth and success, we are excited to hire an enthusiastic Sales Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to assist clients and mentor our dynamic team in Sioux Falls, SD.
As the Sales Manager, you will meet one-on-one with clients to learn about their struggles with unwanted hair and work with them to create their dream treatment package in order to improve their quality of life.
Additionally, with the guidance of your Regional Sales Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of your store and develop your team in a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities :
- Foster a culture of world class customer service
- Educate clients on laser hair removal
- Promote and recommend treatment packages
- Assist clients with questions or concerns about treatments
- Proactively seek client reviews and referrals
- Mentor and manage a team of two to five employees
Requirements :
- Discretion with confidential client information is a must
- High school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven success in sales and team mentorship
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using various computer systems and software

Outside Sales - Parts Sales
Department : Parts Location : Sioux Falls, SD
Outside Parts and Service Sales Representatives I-State Truck Center Outside Parts Sales Representatives fulfill a critical role in our operations.
They are responsible for increasing Parts and Service Sales with existing accounts and prospecting for new accounts in their assigned territory.
They solicit new business and maintain accounts through face-to-face and phone contacts, developing networks and industry contacts, promoting our value-added products and services and keeping customer satisfaction a priority.
Job Duties :
- The primary duties of this position will be to actively promote service and parts sales in the assigned territory
- Communicates parts orders and delivery instructions to counter people, while also coordinating with Service Advisors on service work
- Keeps abreast of new products, competition and pricing trends.
- Coordinates relationships with New and Used Equipment prospects.
- Promotes the sales of parts and accessories and is an advisor to wholesale or retail customers.
- In conjunction with Credit Manager, establishes a method of payment on service and wholesale parts.
- Follows up on and confirms customer requirements and orders to ensure satisfaction.
- Completes necessary paperwork for processing warranty claims, as required.
- Review special orders and pricing with the manager for approvals.
- Deliver orders and pick-up returns from customers, as needed.
- Other duties to meet business needs.
- Actively identify and develop new customer contacts to expand market share
- Assist customers in solving problems and provide technical support
- Act as a liaison between the customer and company as needed to ensure that the customer needs are adequately met
Desired Skills and Qualities
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- Proven background in sales
- Clear driving record
Position Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. to waist high
- 3+ years recent / relevant experience with outside sales
