About the role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will provide an exceptional customer service experience while driving sales. By using selling skills, you will build relationships with customers and advise them on Total Wine & More’s product portfolio based on their shopping needs.
While both part-time and full-time positions generally focus on sales and customer service support, you may also be assigned as a cashier or merchandiser / stock associate.
You will report to the store management team.

You will
- Provide customer service by greeting and establishing a relationship with customers while informing them of our products and services
- Learn Total Wine & More’s full product portfolio to provide customers with recommendations and connect them to the right product(s)
- Increase retail sales and product metrics to specified goals
- Replenish and maintain inventory and store visual presentation, including home spots, end caps, and platforms in preparation for product delivery
- Perform cashier functions and adhere to minor policy while completing customer transactions
- Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards on the sales floor, stock room, lockers, kitchen, bathroom, etc.
What we're looking for
- 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, which may also depend on your preference for part-time or full-time hours
- Experience using technology applicable to the position and access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities
- Desire to develop retail sales skills and knowledge of product and services
- 1 year as a store associate or customer service representative preferred, to include greeting customers, building relationships, locating / selecting / selling product, and identifying / resolving customer issues
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
- Value collaboration and acting as a team player
- Wine and spirits experience in a retail sales environment preferred
- WSE, Sommelier, or other industry certification preferred
Physical Requirements (with or without accommodations)
- Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
- Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly

Outside Sales
POSITION PURPOSE / MISSION :
This position will develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to achieve continued profitable growth in industries that support clean technologies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute market segment, prospect and account plans that generate profitable growth consistent with current and long-term strategic objectives in the clean technologies segment.
- Manage full account responsibility, including sales, technical support, and new business development for Res' current electric vehicle customers, Tier 1 customers, and new prospects in the market segment.
Approximately 50% of time to be spent on new prospect development.
- Manage gross margin and profitability for market segment.
- Discern key direct & indirect cost drivers on new business and impact on business profitability.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and quotations that address the customer or prospect's needs and leads to the establishment of new account agreements / contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and other terms of account agreements with clients to ensure maximum revenue and profit development and alignment with Res' strategic goals.
- Work with Executive Vice President Sales & Marketing to expand and refine business models as needed to ensure continued success and growth.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor degree in engineering or technical field
- Ten years experience in position with similar responsibilities and in a related technical field
- Proven track record and experience selling to high volume OEM accounts, preferably Automotive Tier 1 and / or Tier 2
- Proven track record in profitable business growth and formation of strategies to achieve business growth

- Highly ethical in their interactions

Description :
Sales Coordinator , you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing the quote process to ensure timely and accurate processing of quotes. This includes the following :
- Prepare customer quotations by compiling engineering process, raw material pricing, outside services pricing, and internal labor costs, for final approval.
- Work with purchasing team to obtain pricing from outside vendors
- Work with engineering and manufacturing to answer questions relative to quoting projects
Responsibilities :
- Processing quotations and assisting with sales-related tasks, facilitate quote process
- Prepare quotations, terms of sales, delivery lead times, etc., and prepare quote subject to the approval of the Sales Manager.
- Answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries
