Responsible for selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories. In addition performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties.
DUTIES
- Promotes and sells products and / or services to meet customer needs
- Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required
- Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays
- Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations
- Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly
- Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager
- Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience working in parts department operations
- Experience with electronic parts catalogs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven, excellent customer relationship skills
- Ability to write and speak effectively
- Able to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and internet functions
- Clean driving record

Strong communication and customer service skills
Specialty selling / retail experience preferred
Technology proficient
Works a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English; other languages desirable
Position requires associates to :
Constantly move throughout the store to assist customers, retrieve merchandise, complete floor sets, unpack and replenish stock and complete other tasks;
frequently involves prolonged pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and reaching and may involve tight or confined spaces

Adjust or move objects (garment racks, mannequins, etc.) or merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions on a frequent basis;

Retrieve merchandise displayed or stored above shoulder level on a frequent basis, which may include climbing an 8-foot ladder;

A successful Sales Representative must have the ability to connect with potential customers with excellent technical communication and public speaking skills.
This position will need to be available to travel as necessary to book and support sales activities. Sales representative needs to have a working knowledge of all department functions in an engineered to-order environment, including but not limited to : sales, sales engineering, engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, assembly, service and aftermarket parts support.

Sales
Develop all aspects of sale, from initial customer contact, quoting to resulting order-generating customer sales.
Update and maintain all customer contacts in SALESFORCE and communicate leads to the General Manager.
Respond to all sales inquiries, call on potential leads, evaluate their needs / opportunities for improvement.
Marketing
Market analysis for targeting new customers by researching and targeting the appropriate market Software Sales and CNC Machining.
Attend trade shows and perform demos in person and via Webcasts.
Technical and Business-Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Candidate must have a minimum of (3) years' sales and or marketing / software experience preferred.
Business experience in engineered-to-order manufacturing environment preferred.
Great attention to detail and documentation.
Ability to analyze and forecast .
Excellent interpersonal relations skills.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
