Job Summary Meets customer expectations for products, services, and deliveries. Administers contracts, project bids and MRO agreements.
Participates in resolving customer problems and follows-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Communicates changes in demand, and new order potential between manufacturing facilities and Sales management.
Interfaces with outside sales, plant, and branch staffs to discuss orders, inventory, pricing, availability, and delivery of products.
Participates in ongoing training to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency. Job Duties and Responsibilities Facilitates tactical pricing consistent with account volumes and operating income goals Maintains price structures and discounts in Syteline Follows branch and corporate strategy and executes daily pricing strategy Participates in training on new market, product, service, warranty, competition, regulations, and other general information related to current sales trends Handles new sales leads & bids from customers.
Reports results to Branch Manager Communicates customer issues and sales to field representatives Consults with engineering staff on regulation requirements or design changes Prices all project and MRO agreement bids Fields any inquiries as needed from customers Performs other related duties as assigned Job Specifications Skills Knowledge of Sales Information System (Syteline), Customer Order Process Ability to navigate with all Microsoft Office Applications specifically Word, Excel and Outlook Thorough understanding of business ethics Ability to learn all Lamons’ products as well as competing products Knowledge of competitive landscape Ability to learn production processes and flow of product Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Good verbal and written communication skills Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field preferred.
Work Experience At least 5 years’ experience as an Inside Sales Representative in the Petro-Chemical industry preferred Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- The replenishment process will require you to lift, push and pull up to 25lbs daily.
- Cleaning, store recovery, setting plan-o-grams and endcap maintenance is required.

Sales Manager
Renaissance Baton Rouge is looking for a full-time The Sales Manager responsible for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts in his / her market segments.
He / she is also responsible for prospecting and closing on assigned accounts / territory to positively impact hotel revenues.
Some of the essential functions of the position include :
- Develop a full working knowledge of the operations of the hotel, including Food and Beverage, Guest Services and Reservations.
