Impact Property Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative who will partner with, and ensure the long-term success, of our customers.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing relationships with assigned portfolio customers and connect with key business executives and stakeholders.
Sales Representatives must become fluent in all products the company represents and promote company strategic direction to increase sales and generate revenue and profit.

Sales Representative Competencies
- Foundational sales knowledge, account management or other relevant sales experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present and follow up on all sales opportunities until business is closed and booked.
- Develop the existing customer base and manage repeat business by proactively expanding the current customer relationships and associated revenue streams.
- Prospect for potential new clients and produce new revenue opportunities; build a robust pipeline of clients and opportunities to achieve specific sales goals.
- Meet new client personnel and develop relationships at multiple leadership levels.
- Understand E2I’s sales strategy and translate it into a winning value proposition.
- Understand and follow the E2I sales process.
- Utilize in an efficient manner, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and project tracking tools to manage a healthy funnel of business as well as report ongoing product funnel growth to, and collaborate with, the supporting leadership team.
- Play an active role in assisting building contractors with just-in-time material management ensuring they are on time and within budget for their respective projects.
- Skilfully communicate with all E2I teammates in sales, operations, and management associated with each project.
- Attend and work professional trade shows displaying and representing our products for lead generation and business development.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
- Proven track record of success in sales required.
- Experience in selling to contractors or commercial construction industry is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales role is preferred.
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented, and positive person who can multi-task, work efficiently, play nicely with others and problem solve independently.
Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow-through
- Proven track record managing and expanding a qualified customer base

Pay Ranges
$29,635.00 - $49,392.00
This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.
Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.
An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical / Dental / Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
