Sales Associate

Main responsibilities :
- Carry out instore visits according to Mondelez’ visit method, ensuring Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
- Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiations with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management team.
- Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient instore service.
- Represent Mondelēz International in front of in store employees and work closely with sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and the construction of promotional displays.
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
- Work in conjunction with the Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated and presentable at all times.
What can you expect from us?
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $35000 to $42000. In addition, this position offers a(n) quarterly incentive program with a target of 15% of the base.

Ability to Identify opportunities to use promotional and merchandising techniques to develop and support customer relations;

What you'll do :

Work Environment :
The majority of job duties are conducted indoors, although merchandise receiving, merchandise carry-outs, or stock balancing will require leaving the store briefly.
This position requires bending, kneeling, moving merchandise and standing for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and pull 2000 lbs utilizing material handling equipment.

What You Will Be Doing
Meet and / or exceed your sales quota by closing New Schools / School District K-12 opportunities within your territory.
Compliance with established Sales Operations processes and workflow which includes daily documentation of CRM activity in Salesforce, weekly reporting, and making sure your leads are sitting in the proper status and cycles.
Weekly activity metrics as part of a KPI scorecard will be used to determine performance in conjunction with sales attainment.
Our Sales and Operations team is small but mighty, therefore adherence to our established tools, processes and workflows is a critical part of our success.
Create sales presentations tailored to the business need of the prospect including custom demos, decks, and collateral. We do not have a marketing team therefore you must be able to fully demo the product and have a deep knowledge of how the product works from a technical perspective as well as use-case scenarios.
Follow Operations process workflow in detail to ensure a smooth transition for qualified leads and newly acquired customers.
You must be able to work autonomously from the inside support team to close deals with the exception of intentional collaboration for strategic purposes.
Learn and maintain product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape,including detailed knowledge of competitor positioning, implementations, and pricing, so that you can provide cutting edge support to your team and clients.

What You Need
