This is an opportunity to improve the lives of seniors while earning a potential compensation package of over $80K. We are looking for sales professionals who are highly skilled at discovering sales motivations, building relationships, overcoming objections and closing.
Senior living experience is not required but a willingness and determination to meet sales and census goals is a must. The compensation for this position includes a base salary, outstanding commission earning potential and a comprehensive benefits package.
In this position :
- You will interact with seniors, their family member and other influencers as they explore their new vibrant living options.
- You will present the different lifestyles available at your community (Independent Living, Assisted Living & Memory Care), and personalized care services in order to present a specific plan tailored to meet their needs.
- You will conduct community tours, host various prospect and professional events to build occupancy in your community.
Qualifications :
- Five or more years of proven commission-based sales experience
- Compassionate with an interest in working with seniors
- Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence decision making
- Expert at discovering a prospects sales motivation and needs
- Quick, strategic thinker with the ability to understand and overcome objections
- Ability to close sales in person and over the phone
- Self-starter with a passion for sales and accomplishing goals
- Project a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust
Requirements :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Experience working with sales CRM systems, tracking leads and sales activities

Position Summary
We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and effective Sales Manager with a proven history of Sales success to join our Albuquerque, NM team.

In addition to serving as the direct supervisor for all Sales Associates, you will conduct ongoing training and performance evaluations of the staff against required national and division standards.
Responsibilities
Sales Associates will learn from the Sales Manager to make profitable sales and communicate RAH's value proposition in accordance with the company's vision.
This role will partner with the Division President and National Sales Leadership to increase sales opportunities and positively impact market share through customer interaction, data analysis, professional relationships with the Realtor community and extensive in the field presence for the sales staff.
You will also play a critical role in new talent acquisition and selection by constantly sourcing prospective candidates to join the RAH sales team.
Requirements
Successful candidates need to have a demonstrated track record of positive results related to Team Management, Competitive Analysis, Training, Strategic Planning and Overall Operations.
Additionally, the Sales Manager needs to demonstrate Leadership and an understanding of key metrics that drive a successful sales team.
and then ensure your team meets or exceeds the necessary performance standards.
Ideal candidates will have a college degree or equivalent professional work experience and thorough knowledge of managing a Sales team.
New Home sales management experience is preferred but other related industries may be considered. An active New Mexico State Real Estate license is required .
Excellent communication and computer skills are also essential to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities
What do our Residential Sales Specialists do?
The primary purpose of this role is selling the company's Residential Pest Management Services and Products to new and existing residential customers, while maintaining a customer focused service to grow the business.
This includes assessing customers' needs by performing a needs analysis based on customer concerns using expert knowledge of the company's products and services that result in the sales of the organizations pest control solutions.
Functions include, but are not limited to the following :
- Assessing customers needs by performing a needs analysis based on customer concerns using expert knowledge of the company's products and services and certifications.
- Visually inspects homes and businesses for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc
- Based on assessment findings, sell pest control solutions for residential customers.
- Collaborates with our customer service center, Inside Sales department, and technicians for increased opportunities
- Partners with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams with our current base and service specialist engagement Develop proposals for customers to resolve existing pest issues while also proposing additional enhancements to pest household services.
- Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and provided to ensure clear understanding of customer home and possible challenges.
- Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities
- Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure the job is completed satisfactorily
- Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM
What do you need?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer Associate's or Technical degree
- Pest Industry certifications a plus
- Must have 1 or more years of sales or pest technician experience
- Prefer 1-2 years of experience in pest control sales and 2 or more years in a customer service role
- Must be an effective verbal communicator, with particular emphasis on customer facing conversations and presentation with additional follow-ups
- Must have a valid driver's licence
- Must have a driving record with no motor vehicle violations within the last year
- Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s)
- Must pass pre-employment background screen
