Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time and ready to work all assigned days.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service by welcoming customers into the store, assisting customers with clothing selection, ensuring that fitting room(s) are ready for customers by promptly clearing out merchandise and returning it to the sales floor, processing transactions accurately and with a sense of urgency, and bagging items.
  • Accurately execute end-of-day settlements.
  • Assist with restocking items and overall inventory management.
  • Maintain product knowledge by familiarizing yourself with store inventory and soliciting product information from co-workers.

  • Demonstrate a professional and warm attitude that encourages a strong sense of teamwork, especially during fast paced peak hours / seasons.

The Sales Associate role assists in running all front of house fitness studio operations, with a strong focus on premium customer service as well as exceeding sales expectations.
