As a Supervisor, you will enjoy the opportunity to work in partnership with the Store manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences, and positively impact growth across Bath & Body Works.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the store manager
- Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers
- Train, coach, reward and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience
- Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results and accountability with all associates
- Lead and model selling and customer experience standards
- Set the direction and goals for the day / shift when associates arrive for work
- Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion and capturing customer phone and e-mail information
- Perform opening and closing routines including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpretation / dissemination company directive
- Act as the manager on duty when scheduled to support customer service, work with vendors, or address maintenance issues
- Partner with the members of the sales leadership team to support action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of operational activities
- Maintain policies and procedures

DESCRIPTION
The Retail Sales Floater (Operations Support Coordinator) is part our Social Enterprise team with responsibilities in the following :
P rovide coverage as needed at retail stores : This includes assisting with promotional sales, preparing for events, operating a point-of-sale system (POS) , and supporting store operations.
Assist with Donation Center operations : This includes preparing sales and products for retail stores, allocating products for store promotions, maneuvering pallets of product, and assisting with large-scale event preparation.
Coordinate inventory and operations activities : This includes assisting with inventory management, identifying overstock, and recommending allocation to specific stores for promotional sales.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Operations Support Coordinator is a support position that will cover absences at multiple locations (retail stores and donation center) weekly.
R ETAIL
- Provide coverage for absences, as needed, at multiple retail locations. (Garden Grove, Laguna Niguel, Costa Mesa, and Tustin)
- Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer transactions.
- Assist with sales, promotions, and special events at retail stores.
- Follow opening and closing duties for stores. Ensure proper keyholder responsibilities when doing so.
- Lead volunteers in general store tasks such as cleaning, stocking, and maintaining a welcoming, safe, and friendly environment.
- Price and stock merchandise.
- Allocate stock to proper store locations based on stock data and customer needs.
- Upsell and build connections with retail customers / resellers to determine pricing and sale channels.
D ONATION CENTER
- Assist with promotion and sale preparations by creating product assortments based on directed needs.
- Assist with shipping and listing duties within an E-commerce operation.
- Rotate product as directed.
- Assist in preparation of large-scale events by allocating needed items and storing / managing them effectively.
- Adjust stock levels in tandem with store promotions, wholesalers, and events.
- Perform other duties as directed.
