- 3+ years of restaurant management
- Polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience (preferred)
- Experience in scratch kitchen environments (preferred)
- Stable job history
- Solid business acumen P&L, scheduling, ordering / inventory

Salary Range; $50,000 - $58,000 per year

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
