Overview

The Bergaila Companies are currently looking to hire Manufacturing & Craft Labor Recruitment Professionals to join our expanding team, supporting our MSP / VMS business lines, based in Houston, TX.

This position will support our Recruiting Team with short- and long- term initiatives through staffing requirements across our national customer base.

Responsibilities

The Recruiter's primary duties will include, but are not limited to :

  • Pipelining of Oil Field, craft, manufacturing and light industrial, skilled labor and other related professionals for specific client requirements
  • Sourcing, screening and recruiting potential candidates via online job boards, internal database and networking events
  • Responsible for 30+ outgoing phone calls daily to potential and active candidates
  • Supporting Account Managers directly for fulfillment of active client requirements
  • Formatting resumes for client review and submittal
  • Performing candidate interview and technical screening

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and / or equivalent experience, plus 6+ months of experience in a high- energy sales work environment
  • 3- 5+ years of experience in recruiting Field, craft, manufacturing and light industrial, skilled labor and other related job classifications, with prior work in a recruiting, staffing agency a plus
  • Prior experience with VMS (Vendor Management Systems) strongly preferred
  • Prior experience recruiting across multiple requisitions
  • Must be self- motivated with a history of exceeding high performance standards
  • Must have excellent follow- up, telephone, organizational and written skills; must be able to multi- task and work in fast- paced and high- pressure environment
  • Strong internet search and research skills; strong working knowledge of Boolean searching
  • Prior online job board experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Full knowledge of how to use and navigate job boards, including resume searches and job posting capabilities

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquistion Partner / Recruiter - Hybrid Remote (home / office) for our growing Talent Acquisition team.

This individual will be supporting Hanger Corporate by screening resumes, interviewing applicants, and referring well-qualified applicants to hiring managers for specified positions with emphasis on matching specific candidates with Accouting and Finance positions.

You'll be expected to understand and support the recruiting needs of the hiring managers. As a corporate recruiter you will serve as a liaison for the Human Resources Department with special emphasis on performing full lifecycle recruiting and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates.

Your Impact :

  • Recruiting efforts will be focused on Accounting and Finance roles. Review resumes and candidate credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Administer applicant tracking system including creating requisitions, performing post-offer tracking, and developing ad hoc reports as requested.
  • Provide exceptional service and full lifecycle recruiting for the assigned job openings.
  • Confer with hiring managers to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related course of study and a minimum of one (1) year of related experience that may include paid employment, internships, or work-study assignments providing hands on exposure to recruiting, marketing, sales, or human resource functions is required OR

High School diploma and 5 years of related experience that may include paid employment, internships, or work-study assignments providing hands on exposure to recruiting, marketing, sales, or human resource functions.

  • A valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system such as iCIMS is strongly preferred.
