Responsibilities

The Environmental Analyst will be responsible for compliance with state and federal environmental program requirements including air quality, SPCC (spill prevention, control, and countermeasure), remediation and waste management.

This position involves evaluating the potential environmental risks associated with natural gas operations and developing strategies to mitigate those risks.

This position applies practical job knowledge. Usually works independently under general supervision and requires the ability to influence others in the work area by explaining facts, policies, and practices.

The problems faced are difficult but generally not complex.

  • Develop and implement environmental programs and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze air, water, and soil quality for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Lead spill reduction planning and manage spill cleanup.
  • Manage SPCC (spill prevention, control, and countermeasure) and storm water permit planning and compliance.
  • Assist with waste management and compliance.
  • Interface with agency personnel during inspections, inquiries, and environmental events.
  • Communicate environmental data and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and analyze data, identify emerging environmental issues and trends, and implement best practices.
  • May provide guidance and assistance to entry level professionals and / or support employees.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of TRRC (Texas Railroad Commission), TCEQ (Texas Commission on Environmental Quality) and federal programs related to oil and gas production.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the oil and gas industry, including regulatory requirements, trends, emerging issues and operating processes strongly preferred.

We are seeking a Administrative Assistant for assignment in Irving, Texas. The selected candidate will perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm

Responsibilities

  • Generate Shopping carts for various catalog orders, Projects, Amendments and Open Purchase Orders; Contact suppliers for rate sheets / quotes, price breakdowns on quotes supplied to FSA, W9’s, COI’s, and all other paperwork needed for approval
  • Track Shopping carts for PO issuance, and request new Purchase Orders when needed to replace expiring contracts; Review Open Purchase Orders for required formal RFP’s, new contracts, and amendments to increase dollar amounts or extend expiration dates
  • Review daily mail; Stamp all invoices with arrival date and appropriate Approval stamp for PO, cost center, account and other processing information;

Match invoice to proper Purchase Order, confirm all required backup is attached to each invoice; Once invoices have been approved by FSA, log into NETS, and in-house to either RFSA or A / P (utility invoices) for further processing

  • Enter all budget information, PR’s, PO’s, Suppliers and Invoices into NETS for tracking and budget reports
  • Cover Reception station as needed for scheduled time, breaks and / or vacation periods
  • Create formal RFP’s and Bidder lists as needed; Work with Corporate Procurement to get Buyer assignment; Create any needed Bid form templates for suppliers to complete;

Coordinate with Corporate Procurement to have RFP’s distributed; Create Bid Comparison spreadsheets or tables as required

  • Call suppliers as needed to request repair services or to scheduled any additional services
  • Assist FSA with any requested projects, proofing, finding suppliers, documents, etc.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams

The Production Engineer is tasked with identifying and implementing improvements to processes and procedures that will increase capacity, reduce cost;

  • Track operating performance and product quality of production units. Identify causes of departure from standard and initiate corrective actions
  • Troubleshoot existing processes and initiate corrective actions to improve on stream time and operating efficiency
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes and procedures that will increase capacity, reduce production cost, improve safety and quality of chemical manufacturing processes
  • Provide technical coverage for plant trials and startups
  • Write operating procedures and provide training for chemical operators
  • Propose changes in programming logic that will lead to improved process safety, quality, or production efficiency
  • Develop in depth expertise on process equipment used at the plants such as reactors, agitators, heat exchangers, pumps, and filters
  • Write and obtain approvals for MCR’s (Manufacturing Change Requests) and PCF’s (Process Change Forms) in support of process improvements
  • Lead or be a member of PPA (potential problem analysis), JSA (job safety analysis) and PHAs (process hazard analysis teams
  • Develop PFDs, P&IDs, mass and energy balances for modified processes
  • Develop project scopes for small capital projects
  • Specify new process equipment including updating / revising equipment specification sheets. Work with equipment vendors and operations to aide in selection
  • Perform data and statistical analysis to make sound processing decisions
  • Provide relief coverage for supervision in production units
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
