Responsibilities

  • Develop or modify outreach strategies designed to recruit targeted staff.

  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews;

arranging community tours.

  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices;

emphasizing benefits and perks.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks;

participating in professional organizations.

  • Develops recruiting operational plans and conducts market analysis and recruiting opportunities.
  • Work remotely or on-site and capable of working independently with little to no supervision.
  • Develops market penetration plans and market expansion plans in support of strategic objectives and organizational goals.
  • Develops targeting plans and synchronization matrixes that define multiple approaches to prospecting.
  • Develops regional advertising and recruiting campaign recommendations.
  • Conduct lead generation activities and prospecting and follow-up activities daily.
  • Conduct internet and social media recruiting campaigns in conjunction with telephone prospecting and referral prospecting as a result of the cultivation of centers of influence and very important persons.
  • Performs duties in a safe manner. Follows the corporate safety policy. Participates and supports safety meetings, training, and goals.

Ensures safe operating conditions within an area of responsibility. Encourages co-workers to work safely. Identifies close calls and / or safety concerns to supervisory personnel.

Maintains a clean and orderly work area.

  • Assists in the active implementation of company initiatives to ensure compliance with OSHA VPP, ISO, JCAHO, AAAHC, NRCME (DOT) and other mandated regulations / standards.
  • Capable of conducting lead source analysis and determining conversion rates.
  • Other duties and work tasks as assigned by the Recruiting Manager or VP of Talent Acquisition.
  • Capable of travel when required (30%).
  • Other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or experience in lieu of
  • Four years of direct full desk recruiting experience
  • Ability to monitor a process and communicate discrepancies to individuals and groups
  • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must have good written and oral communication skills and the ability to interface with varying levels of people
  • Clean criminal background check
  • Experience with candidate sourcing, pre-screening, face-to-face interviews, and general HR compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes.
  • Works under general supervision, providing solutions to technical problems of moderate scope / complexity.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to thrive and multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;

be comfortable with cold calling, and the ability to adapt to a change when needed.

  • Proficiency with computer and common office equipment, as well as with MS Office products required
  • Able to travel up to 30%

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions

  • Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
