Our client is an established retail company established over 40 years ago and based in South Florida. They
have engaged ttg Talent Solutions to find their next Sr Corporate Recruiter.
Summary
Responsible to identify and deliver top talent for our rapidly growing furniture business. The role of a full-
cycle Senior Recruiter is to understand how to source quickly and creatively, while always keeping the
candidate experience top of mind. Responsible for supervising other recruiters
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with Hiring Managers on all matters of hiring strategy, organizational
development, and offer negotiations.
Execute full cycle recruiting, identifying, sourcing, and engaging candidates through creative
and innovative tactics.
Manage all components involved in the full life cycle recruiting process.
Effectively pre-screen / interview candidates to determine skills and fit in relation to role
requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the full recruitment
process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right
talent.
Track goals, metrics, and performance of all recruiting efforts; regularly communicate
candidate status and recruitment results.
Responsible to mentor less experienced recruiters on the team.
Establish and improve current Recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes both internal and
external.
Evaluate and analyze skill tests and employment profiles of current and future employees
and extract true career placement and future career goals.
Enter data, and maintain statistics, control, and reporting systems through our ATS module.
Maintain and update job descriptions for all positions within the organization.
Able to travel to and from each of the showrooms to search for employee talent and during
career fairs with a possible overnight stay, if necessary.
Enforce the policy of Placing the Best Candidate in the Right Place
Supervise recruiters
Qualifications
Bilingual English / Spanish required.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or exp in lieu of degree
2 years of related experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
SHRM preferred

The Corporate Office is located in-between Miami Gardens and North Opa Locka, right off the
Palmetto Expressway in an industrial park (Hybrid role / remote)
May need to travel to other showrooms and warehouses in Miami and Ft Lauderdale area
Compensation Annual Salary, paid time, sick time, 2 personal days off, paid holidays, and more
