Responsibilities :
- Data Entry of about 100 weekly invoices
- Job costing invoices and labor hours to ensure proper billing according to the project
- Front Desk Reception : Answering up to 20 calls per day with minimal in person traffic
- Assists with Payroll / Timesheet data entry for approximately 50 non-exempt employees
Requirements :
- Ability to create a positive and professional first impression of the company at the front desk and over the phone
- MS Office experience is required
- Sage accounting software preferred, not required
- Previous experience accurately entering timesheet information required
- Attention to detail
Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
