- Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products
- Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
Qualifications :
- Be an effective communicator both written and verbal
- Have computer experience and good organizational skills
- Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
- Sales experience highly preferred
- High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus
- Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
- Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
- Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- Proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire
- Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $24.04. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $86,200 - $105,300 annually.
Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.

- Procéder à l’analyse du risque, l’évaluation des bâtiments et établir la tarification du compte ;
- Préparer et présenter les soumissions d’assurance ;

- Faire le suivi des recommandations formulées aux rapports d’inspection ;
- Assurer le service à la clientèle téléphonique ;
- Rencontrer les membres périodiquement (de jour ou de soir) ;

Compétences recherchées
Détenir un permis de l’AMF en assurance de dommages des entreprises ou être disposé à l’obtenir

Faire preuve d’une grande autonomie, de dynamisme et d’un très bon esprit d’analyse

The Import Export Agent
I.K. Hofmann is looking for an immediate long-term contract opening for an Import Export Agent in Los Angeles, CA for a Cargo facility.
We are looking for ambitious and detail-oriented individuals to perform faced paced warehouse cargo work, under supervision.
They need to be flexible to work different shifts.
Import / Export Agents Pay Range : $24.73-$25.81
The Import Export Agent is responsible for :
Processes export and import inquires as per client requirements and procedures such as
processing of discrepancies at acceptance
preparation and finalization of outbound flights / trucks
handling of import documentation (delivery, transfer and abandoned shipment)
Processes all Air Waybills and HAWBs and ensures accurate data capture as per client’s requirements and procedures
Handles Special Cargo
Initiates invoicing, accepts cash payments
Performs Service Recovery activities (i.e. tracing, warehouse checks, offloads
Performs Airmail Handling
Fully supports the quality standards
Works according to documented CHM and GOM procedures
Observes and applies the security requirements of the client and local authorities
Contacts customers, inform them of any / all irregularities
