We are seeking a seasoned Principal Technical Program Manager with experience in ad tech and a strong track record of driving cross-organizational programs to join our team. In this role, you will own Wondery’s ad tech priorities and roadmap, and work closely with technical, product, and business leaders within Wondery and across Amazon to design and implement new capabilities that ensure we not only meet the needs of our podcast advertising business today, but also scale our capabilities for continued rapid growth. You will be a senior member of the Wondery Product, Data & Tech team, reporting to the head of the team.

This role functions as a day-to-day liaison between Wondery’s internal teams, including Ad Sales/Ops, Finance, and Analytics, and peer teams in Amazon Ads, Alexa, ART19, and other Amazon organizations to deliver high impact new capabilities and backend system integrations with significant complexity.
