As a Senior Product Management – Technical, Customer Digital Experience on the Project Kuiper team you will play a pivotal role to define and drive the vision and roadmap for the customer digital interfaces (mobile applications, on device software, websites, web portals, etc.) for consumer or business segments. This role is inherently cross-functional - you will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, go-to-market, operations, finance, and executive teams to envision, develop, and launch simple and intuitive products and experiences.

A successful candidate will be curious, creative, analytical, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced matrix organization, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into products and applications that customers love. We are looking for someone with a product design mindset, customer obsessed and technology savvy– with a proven track record of creating successful customer digital interfaces for B2C/B2B broadband services.

Key job responsibilities
• Strategically manage the customer digital interface software system life cycle from inception to launch for all customers
• Understand and articulate customer needs, conduct on-going customer research, leverage internal knowledge and expertise, and prioritize feature requirements to ensure we deliver exceptional service to our customers with our digital interfaces
• Be a passionate advocate for the customer; provide the voice of the customer
• Research and define the product strategy that delivers on customer and business needs
• Inspire the team with the product vision, and work cross-functionally to bring the systems to life
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to incorporate feedback, drive consensus and get buy-in for the north star customer experience
• Drive the key software architecture and solutions definitions and selections leveraging internal and external options
• Work with design and engineering to build and own the product development roadmap
• Write detailed requirements documents and define use cases, customer journey flows, product features, and KPIs and drive tradeoff discussions and decisions with design and engineering
• Promote use of new technologies and incorporate industry-leading trends to drive customer engagement and product development
• Conduct competitive analysis and research to understand industry dynamics and use the information to shape the product strategy
