QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum :
- 2 years restoration / construction industry experience
- Basic industry training and seven (7) current certifications
- Intermediate computer skills - MS, Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook (Emails)
- Intermediate ability in reading and understanding Xactimate scopes and blueprints / architectural plans
- Advanced knowledge of local, state, and federal code requirements
- Knowledge and experience with construction drawings, specifications, and other construction related documents including take offs required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Degree preferred
- Valid driver's license required
SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Must manage working in a busy, service-oriented team under stress to meet deadlines, deal with competing priorities, and demanding service requirements
- Must be able to work overtime, on weekends and able to respond 24 / 7
- May attend disaster sites and be near hazardous environments and conditions. Travel may be required

Position Summary
To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of global cross-functional or single service projects ensuring consistency with ICON SOPs, study contracts and budgets.

Responsibilities : Project Planning
Project Planning
- Primary point of contact for designated complex, cross-functional regional and / or global projects and responsible for developing successful working relationships with clients, and ensure repeat business return to ICON
- Responsible for project planning, scheduling and implementation. Define project scope, resource requirements and deliverables develop and maintain cross-functional project management plans
- Responsible for managing cross-functional project team including ensuring all necessary project training is provided to assigned staff
Budget Management
- Manage projects in accordance with the contract
- Proactively manage any study budget including changes in scope
- Managing study invoicing procedure’s
Risk Management
- Track Project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Responsible for risk mitigation strategies, associated action plan and issue resolution
- Implement QC activities as necessary and monitor required quality memos
Resource Management
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Assemble and coordinate project staff
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Develop a succession plan for core team members and in the event of a change to the team, ensure an effective hand-over
Communication
- Develop full-scale cross-functional project plans.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
Other Tasks
- Travel (approximately 20-30%) domestic and / or international
- Participate in Company initiatives as requested

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years ’ experience in medical device and / or IVD
- Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
- 2-5 years’ experience in medical device clinical research Industry required
- 2-5 years’ experience managing Cardiovascular device trials
- Knowledge of ICH / GCP / FDA and other country specific regulations and guidelines for medical devices and / or pharmaceutical / biologic agents
- Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint
Education experience Required :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in medicine, science or relevant discipline preferred.
Preferred :
- Masters or other advanced Degree
- PMP certification

Job Description
PCI is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its PCI Nashville operations based in Nashville, TN. This individual will :
- Actively participate in the safety plans and measures of the branch and assigned projects.
- Understand and follow all PCI guidelines related to corporate safety program.
- Create / manage punch lists proactively.
- Understand and be accountable for the Quality Control measures outlined in the QA / QC program for assigned projects.
- Prepare RFI’s, submittals and shop drawings.
- A clear understanding of our building systems and how they relate to the building process.
- Understand how to navigate and coordinate activities to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- See to quantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials and price change orders.
- Create and implement job schedules, coordinate with field supervisors and foremen and effectively communicate issues to negotiate the optimal position for our trade in the work sequence.
- Perform labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance; use this tool to make adjustments as necessary to maximize profits.
- Coordinate warranties and O&M’s.
- Assist in selecting the vendors and coordinate materials and equipment.
- Assist in the buyout of subcontractors, issue contracts and proactively sequence and manage the subcontractor’s work including billings and change orders.
- Complete and be accountable for the job cost control measures through monthly Financial Analysis Worksheets (FAW’s) on assigned projects.
- Support the branch through positive customer relations and active participation in the Customer Alignment Plan.
Requirements
Basic Requirements
- At least 5 years of Construction Management work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Construction Science or related discipline, or comparable work experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience with estimating / project management / managing specialty scopes of construction.
- Ability to diagnose and process key information, recognize critical areas on the job that could impact profitability, and then actively navigate the project away from risks and liabilities for a successful outcome.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required.
- A clear understanding of how to read and understand specifications and drawings is required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills is required.
- Ability to work in team environment is required.
- Strong customer service skills are required.

The Community Health Worker (CHW) Project Director position will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects and initiatives related to Community Health Workers for the Client Department of Health (TDH), Division of Health Disparities Elimination.
Must live in the State of Tennessee.

- Provide coordination of CHW initiatives across the division and the department
- Plan and convene meetings with internal and external partners that support, hire, or train CHWs
- Serve as a subject matter expert on CHW infrastructure sustainability efforts and best practices
