Some of the essential responsibilities :

Read and analyze sales quotations and customer specifications in order to prepare internal sales orders and order documentation for processing.

Define objectives, scope, purpose and deliverables to be produced.

  • Create a project roadmap to plan and set phases, activities and tasks needed to deliver the project. This will include, but is not limited to, schedules, resources, BOM, job documentation, production orders, and any other items stipulated on the customer quotation and specifications in order to comply with the sales order.

  • Prepare, track and follow up on job submittal files. Utilize the SOP for all job files and documents relating to the job / project.

Follow all closeout requirements in the ERP system. Coordinate handoff to Customer Support for post-shipment activities.

Review and report out on your project. Identify the project successes, deliverables, achievements and lessons learned and communicate this to all stakeholders of the project.

Perform a revenue-cost analysis per project and measure against project budget.

Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s Degree (four-year college or technical school) Required

Experience : 5 to 7 years project management experience in manufacturing.

Experience with rotating equipment, packaged equipment, and / or process equipment is strongly preferred .
