Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration. Equivalent experience in a construction-related position will also be considered.

Landscape construction company looking for a project manager to join our large Landscape Construction Division. The position duties and responsibilities include the following : verify all contractual terms and obligations are being met and maintained, prepare and attend project kick off meetings, daily planning and scheduling activities, analyze, monitor project performance data, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, review and furnish submittals and approvals, communicate possible delays or problems to appropriate parties, review and submit engineering plans to municipalities, permitting and inspections duties, and collaborate with sales and purchasing teams.
The position is ultimately responsible for bringing a project in on time, within budget, and with a quality finished product.
Schedule Monday through Friday, Saturdays (as necessary). Typical work week 55-60 hrs.
