Who are we looking for?

A candidate that possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Organization Leadership, Animal Science, or related discipline. 5-8 years of experience in a laboratory animal facility of which a minimum of 3 years Project Management experience is required (high emphasis on organization change and transformation).

Prosci Change Practitioner Certification or other Change Management Certification is highly preferred. AALAS certification at the Laboratory Animal Technologist level (LATG) or above required.

CMAR preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the requirements as listed above.

The pay for this position is $115-120K USD annually. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
