Position Description

This is a Project Management Sales Operations Role. In this capacity you will support activities related to the client's product simplification sales migration efforts.

You will be expected to document, follow through on and facilitate customer account movement through working directly with the client's business sales teams and end-customers.

You are a detail-oriented person with a focus on problem solving. Have strong and effective communication skills. Must be able to work cross-functionally to ask for information across departments.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Managing to the client's overall product retirement strategy

  • Lead the development of the overall migration plan for multiple complex client Business customers across multiple segments.
  • Collaborates with Sales, Customer Sales and Service and the client to understand current networking environment and work underway to establish overall timeline, milestones, and expected revenue implications of the migration plan.
  • Drives day-to-day activity of the migration plan to ensure milestones are met on the individual accounts along with annual organizational goals and targets.
  • Responsible for reporting progress, understanding risks and gaps in the plan and then defining action to minimize risks and close gaps.
  • Interfaces directly with the account team / client to collaborate on the plan and ensure mutually agreed to milestones.
  • Lead in-depth customer inventory analysis for optimization and end user insight.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • Relevant Telecommunications Business Communications / Project Management experience.
  • 8+ years of sales, service, project management, and process analysis.
