- Support sites with fire inspections and ensuring fire extinguishers are current.
- Provide excellent customer service support to internal and external customers.
- Comply with all Company rules, policies, and procedures including HIPAA standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field, preferably within a non-profit environment.
- Proven experience in project management and facilities operations.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local building codes and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Summary
The Project Manager II is responsible for managing moderate complexity project business by placing orders, tracking shipments, and billing the customer correctly.

What You'll Do

- Develop, train and mentor Associate Project Managers and other team members.

Item Master identification and creator of request forms, JD Edwards Router, BOM (bill of materials), Purchase Order, and Work Order creation, Clinicopia, and GSA set up.
Support the creation of Change Orders and drive resolution to changes required during production through client collaboration.
Obtain item numbers for labels and randomization copies for batch records.
Coordinate packaging, receiving and distribution activities, related to item master requests, zero-dollar purchase order generation, shipment request completion.
Support procurement of needed project materials in timely, efficient and cost-effective manner.
Understand and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) in a GMP setting. Address service complaints and associated investigation.
Compose deviations and collaborate with QA and Ops Management on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA plans.

The Candidate :
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) with a minimum of 3+ years relatable experience in clinical supply or pharmaceutics
- Must have strong demonstrated client-facing project management skills
- 3+ years of clinical experience in a pharmaceutical / biotech environment required, with successful demonstration of the following : preparation of batch records, packaging, labeling, assembly, supply chain, procurement and distribution of clinical trial materials.
