Successfully manage all client programs, ensuring the team meets schedule deadlines and due dates within approved program budgets.
This position is expected to understand the execution needs of client programs, creating campaign timelines and estimates that fit within overarching program schedules and budgets.
Additionally, the Project Manager is responsible for assuring program deliverables are presented and reviewed at key milestones to ensure all overarching program timelines are met and approvals received.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Major Responsibilities % Of Time
Creative Project Management
- Creates project timelines in project management software (Workfront)
- Organizes creative briefing kick off meetings when applicable and ensures appropriate creative team and necessary stakeholders are represented
- Ensures all relevant information and assets are relayed to creative team for kickoff (when applicable) and execution
- Ensures deliverables are reviewed in line with program and project timelines and requirements
- Manages all project change orders
- Ensures all program / campaign tactics are approved by LP and / or Legal prior to final file handoff when applicable
- Works and communicates with digital content production teams
- Flags project scope creep
- Identifies and helps to alleviate blockers
Project Administration 40%
- Ensures estimates are approved before work commences when applicable
- Participates in Agile team ceremonies including identifying and presenting creative projects in End of Sprint Demos with creative team
- Works with Digital & Technology Creative Project Management team 40%
to align processes as necessary, establish and update SOPs and onboarding materials, find efficiencies and identify and remove process and project blockers
Resource Management
- Alert Senior Management team, Scrum Master and Marketing Owner of any potential concerns or issues with meeting key client deliverables due to resourcing.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established CLIENT policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Your future duties and responsibilities :
As an Infrastructure Project Manager you'll be the person assigned to be responsible for the achievement of the project objectives.
Our Project Managers plan and deliver the project / work-package to time, budget and quality.
