SHEIN Distribution is here and we’re looking to have a Production Coordinator join our fast-growing Buying team! The Production Coordinator will be experienced in working in Women’s Apparel, keep up with current trends, follow trend setting labels and brands.
The Production Coordinator is also responsible for identifying suppliers, researching goods and services, coordinate photoshoots, processing purchase orders, verifying delivered items, and organizing sample rooms.
Will be working with a fast-growing team and collaborate with our creative team providing hands on experience.
Responsibilities :
- Working with the buyers and help run the Purchasing department
- Help oversee the pre-production and post-production processes
- Assist with the management of the quality control assessment
- Work with product development and collaborate with creatives
- Performing vendor research and selection to enhance profitability, reducing operating costs and boosting efficiency
- Communicate daily with overseas offices and vendors to track development and production statuses
- Coordinate photoshoot samples with creative teams
- Maintaining cordial working relationships with vendors and supervising vendor activities
- Signing and reviewing purchasing agreements with vendors, monitoring their performance and renegotiating contracts
- Using quarterly and annual data to determine purchasing needs and performing inventory management
- Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase records
- Working with warehouse staff to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies
- Conducting ongoing market research to identify beneficial purchase agreements and potential vendors

Skills and Qualifications :
- At least 1 year of experience in Woman’s Retail / E-Commerce buying / production
- Must be bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English

Production Technician
Air Liquide Large Industries provides our customers with industrial gas and energy solutions that are vital to their own industrial production.
We own and operate over 2, miles of industrial gas pipelines in the U.S. supplying mainly oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and syngas in large quantities from multiple production sources to major customers in the chemicals, petrochemicals, refining and steel industries.
Our pipeline operations and industrial gas production facilities are closely monitored 24 / 7 within our leading-edge operations control center located in Houston, Texas.
Our operations control group monitors over 89, data points and assists with product supply and coordination. We are constantly optimizing our supply network to provide high reliability and energy efficiencies allowing Air Liquide to adjust supply needs more quickly and effectively enabling growth to our customers.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Production Technician (Bayport))
- Fully supports operations of gas turbine generators, water treatment equipment, waste effluent treatment and high pressure steam production.
- Accurately completes production records, maintains, and conforms to corporate Health, Safety and Environmental policies / procedures and relevant documentation at the facility.
- Demonstrates identified skill sets in daily operational duties in monitoring operating performance and reporting to management in timely manner.
- Actively pursuing own growth / career development through self-initiative practices; working with resources made available as coordinated with shift leads and manager.
- Participates in operational / routine maintenance tasks within facility work group without interruption of customer product deliveries.
- Fosters open communication among all facility technicians in relation to best practices, operational / facility needs, safety issues / concerns, conflicts of interest between shifts / other departments, sharing operational knowledge / expertise.
- Assists / works closely with shift leader and manager with daily facility needs.
- Generates work orders and ensures accurate / complete information in maintenance work orders.
- Participate in shut downs, commissioning, and process improvement projects.
- Keeps accurate records; diligent in documentation, record retention policies / procedures.
- Determines if immediate maintenance action is required; documents it; reports to appropriate personnel.
- Studying / maintaining site-specific standard operating procedures, P&IDs, PFDs, and all other technical documentation as it relates to operational / equipment processes.
- Generating initial documentation for on-site contractor, vendor, guest, or visitor site-specific training needs.
- Escorting on-site contractors, vendors, guests, or visitors throughout facility as needed; ensures their compliance with national safety policies / procedures.
- Assist in on-site instrument calibration, laboratory testing of samples, and inventory of reagents.
- Assist delivery of materials on-site, such as chemicals for water treatment, steam production, effluent treatment and general warehouse equipment.
- Participation in facility safety meetings, inspections of on-site equipment to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Able to work extended shifts or begin a shift early due to production needs.
- Willing and able to work overtime as business needs dictate.
Position Requirements :
- High School diploma or GED
- 2+ years of related industrial operations or maintenance experience or completion of a 2 year Process Technology Degree
- Ability to work 12 hour rotating shifts.
- Overall understanding of plant safety rules, regulations, company safety policies / procedures.
- Performs all work in compliance with standard operating / maintenance procedures, utilizing current Life Saving Rules, Safe Start and safety requirements including safe work permits, energy control isolation, IDLs, confined space entry work, hot work, work plans, pre-job discussions, plant safety inspections, etc.
- Acquiring knowledge / ability in all plant operations including processes / equipment.
- Exhibits understanding of governmental regulations including environmental permitting / compliance, loading / quality assurance, basic electricity, national / local operating procedures, CMMS, maintenance management process, all HSE issues associated with the facility.
- Exhibits mechanical ability.
- Ability to learn / follow national / local standard operating procedures; follow through on instructions; work with minimal supervision;
read / interpret blueprints, flow charts, process piping ISOs, simple schematics, P and IDs, electrical schematics.
- Perform basic math operations.
- Basic knowledge / understanding of control board, operating off of operator interface consoles (computer).
- Basic computer (PC) skills; ability to use required software computer applications.
- Must be able to wear required PPE safety equipment including, hardhat, safety glasses, safety shoes / boots, FRC clothing.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.

About the Role :
Join our growing team! As the Production Supervisor, you are responsible for leading, guiding and directing employees in a safe and efficient direction.
You will assist the Plant Manager with all building and production duties and ensure that areas in Production and the Plant are running smoothly and have quantity and quality goals.

Job Summary :
Production Maintenance Tech will be responsible for repairing critical equipment, performing preventive and predictive maintenance, and completing projects such as mechanical upgrades.
Essential Job Duties :
- Duties will include troubleshooting, dismantling, repairing, relocating, modifying, maintaining, aligning, overhauling, and installing of fixed and semi-fixed production machinery and equipment.
- Ensure that equipment is repaired and maintained in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and / or manufacturer’s specification.
- Performs both scheduled and unplanned work on a wide variety of equipment and systems, including Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance work.
- Identify and report low performing or failing systems for pre-emptive corrective actions or upgrade suggestions.
- Supports implementation of upgrades and new engineering / maintenance projects.
- Takes the necessary actions to ensure equipment and / or environment is safe and consistent with relevant laws, codes and / or governing policies.
- Identify needed equipment, parts, and supplies necessary to complete repairs.
- Responsible for coordinating with manufacturing departments to perform work in a timely manner.
- May conduct root cause analyses.
- Strict adherence to procedures and practices according to FDA regulations.

Job Requirements :
- High School diploma or GED required. Trade School, Vocational Certificate, Associate Degree, or Military training in related field is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years related hands-on experience in maintenance of manufacturing / production equipment is required, preferably in a pharmaceutical, GMP, or FDA regulated environment.
- Equivalency : In lieu of 2 years of experience, candidate must have a minimum of an Associate Degree or Vocational Certification in Mechanical Engineering, or closely related technical discipline.
- Requires basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Able to fabricate, renovate, and weld parts using shop equipment.
- Able to repair and rebuild machinery or mechanical equipment.

The estimated pay scale for the Production Mechanic role based in Los Angeles, CA, is $28 - $32 / per hour. Additionally, the position is eligible to participate in up to 5% of the company bonus pool.
