The Production Assistant is responsible for assisting in creating industry-leading made-for-digital video programs covering all professional and college sports for distribution on mobile, online and other digital platforms.

The team of Production Assistants will work under the direction of Supervising Producers and Producers to perform all tasks needed to assist in creating engaging daily programming.

Stadium is an interactive sports network enabling fans around the country to engage with professionally-produced content and a first-class talent team.

Originating from Chicago’s United Center - with a studio in the heart of the facility’s atrium steps away from the famed Michael Jordan statue - Stadium operates the industry’s original OTT-delivered sports network, creating video content for itself and its partners seeking to bridge the high quality of televised content with the immediacy and interactivity of digital media.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Research and story development
  • Video logging and creating highlight shot-sheets
  • Music and interview logging
  • Creation of game recaps and other stories based on daily assignments
  • Working closely with editors
  • Social media interaction and integration into program formats

Minimum Requirements :

  • 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
  • Proven production skills in creating original video for digital platforms preferred
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Organized and detail-oriented required
  • Knowledge of multiple sports required
  • Driven by challenges and committed to seeing tasks through to completion required
  • Self-motivated, yet a team player who can work well under peer supervision required
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, weekends and holidays required

Summary

We are currently hiring a Sales and Production Assistant to join our team. The Assistant will provide clerical support to ensure that municipal operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.

This will be a hybrid position based inour Chicago Headquarters. This position requires a minimum 12-month commitment.

Description

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Working with the Account Executive to create a variety of presentations.
  • Responsible for data entry of job orders and specifications into the proprietary order management system.
  • Manage trackers and / or job status reports; contact vendors, obtain tracking information, follow-up on delivery status as necessary.
  • Assist in compiling budgets and presentations for key projects as directed.
  • Shadow the Account Executive during client meetings and conference calls.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS :

  • 0-2 years in an office environment (preferably marketing / advertising / promotions). Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related graduate degree.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail required.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of professionals within the organization.
  • Paid part-time, ability to work 20-30 hours a week.
