ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary :
Front Desk :
- The Hotel Services Steady Extra will be assigned to work all areas, to include Front Desk, PBX and Room Reservations.
- Provides guests with exceptional service when they check in and out of the hotel and answer any questions
- Answers phone in a professional manner
Room Reservations :
- Answer incoming calls and assist guest with all inquiries pertaining to but not limited to hotel reservations.
- Make, create and cancel reservations in LMS.
- Receives and posts deposits as needed.
- Works in partnership with all other departments to ensure that the client / guest experience meets and / or exceeds customer service standards as defined by property management.
- Performs all duties in accordance with Tropicana Las Vegas policies and within the realm of our team values.
PBX :
- Responsible for the overall guest satisfaction by greeting guests with a warm, sincere voice and recognizing and anticipating individual needs.
- Answers and processes all calls received through the PBX station in accordance with established standards.
- Plays an integral part in assisting with emergencies (fire, medical, power / system failure) by contacting the designated personnel for immediate assistance.
Production Assistant (part-time)
The Production Assistant is responsible for assisting in creating industry-leading made-for-digital video programs covering all professional and college sports for distribution on mobile, online and other digital platforms.
The team of Production Assistants will work under the direction of Supervising Producers and Producers to perform all tasks needed to assist in creating engaging daily programming.
Stadium is an interactive sports network enabling fans around the country to engage with professionally-produced content and a first-class talent team.

Minimum Requirements :

Data Entry Clerk - Entry Level
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal customers at all times.
- Manage day to day operation of the BSA / AML Compliance Program.
- Collaborate with BSA Officers and various entity level departments to direct BSA / AML compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
- Acts as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that BSA / AML compliance issues / concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved.
- Maintains knowledge of developments, trends, and best practice in BSA / AML compliance administration, including state legal and regulatory changes and propose changes to Bally’s corporate BSA / AML compliance practices.
- Provide investigation support and direction for entity level reporting with the Know Your Customer Program and customer source of funds as needed.

Security supervisor
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
