Job Summary
The eCommerce Product Manager will be responsible for delivering excellent digital customer experiences on mybobs.com and related digital products through the product delivery cycle planning, execution, and measurement in support of the company's growth objectives and site features roadmap.
Reporting to the Director of eCommerce Product Management, you will play a critical role in the success of our fast-growing $200+ million eCommerce channel and in increasing eCommerce share of $200 billion overall company sales.
You will work to plan, deliver, and measure results in support of the ecommerce roadmap, working directly with stakeholders across IT and business teams.
You will manage the backlog, prioritizing the right enhancements and fixes, both directly and by working through others to achieve desired outcomes.

Responsibilities
Support long term eCommerce and omnichannel product strategies and roadmaps as defined by the Director of Ecommerce Product Management in support of eCommerce growth
Working in close partnership with cross-functional partners / stakeholders, lead eCommerce enhancements and new feature / capability buildout from conception to completion
Help assess and identify product opportunities to determine which are worth pursuing. Provide inputs and support to business cases as needed to justify investments.
Guided by customer research, analytics, and best practices, determine the right features for a product to ensure its effectiveness within the market.
Oversee product backlog management and prioritization in alignment with product strategy and roadmap
Prepare product business requirements, user stories and use case documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification
Work with external 3rd parties to plan and implement projects and deliver new opportunities
Use customer feedback, UX inputs and site analytics to identify customer and / or conversion pain points and guide enhancements
Be an expert with respect to the competition, tracking industry trends and the competitive landscape
Work closely with internal partners from IT, eCommerce, Creative, Merchandising, Analytics, etc. to articulate the backlog as prioritized, measurable user stories and defects
Define and help execute A / B tests and experiments to improve customer interactions, user experience and engagement
Ability to quickly understand our users and customers and the data about how they engage on our site to inform roadmap items
Required Qualifications
3-5 years experience as a Product Manager
Bachelor's degree
Demonstrated experience launching excellent digital products and managing a product backlog
Understanding of the techniques and methods of product discovery and product delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Experience with eCommerce platforms and applications including analytics
Proficient in other relevant software applications
Technical aptitude to connect business goals and requirements to solutions
Strong collaboration and analytics skills
Agile mindset, adjusting quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands and rapid change
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud, Jira and Google Analytics
