Overview :

Due to growth, Hayes Physical Therapy is now hiring a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics / Women’s Health focused position in Paoli, PA.

The clinic is a PT-owned private practice that proudly serves the local community. Full-time is preferred. Part-time candidates who are available to work 25+ hours per week with 3 weekdays of availability will also be considered.

Caseload / Patient Population :

Physical Therapists at Hayes Physical Therapy see 10 patients per day at a minimum level. You can select the level of productivity that works best for you and your lifestyle goals.

There is a base compensation with incentive pay based on productivity.

Within this role, you will see no more than 2 patients per hour. Manual-based therapy. The majority of the caseload will be in Orthopedics with some Women’s Health cases.

No matter the diagnosis, PTs perform Selective Functional Movement Assessments (SFMA) on the majority of patients to identify and address a multitude of potential dysfunctional issues throughout the body for a holistic and complete care approach to healing.

The traditional PT programs treat orthopedic conditions of all types including non-operative cases, and surgical and complex diagnoses.

Specialty niches include Titleist Golf Assessment and Fitness, K-Vest Golf Biofeedback Swing Assessments, and Training, SFMA, ART / MFR, TMR, Cancer Rehabilitation, Lymphedema Management, Orthotic Fabrications, Functional Movement, Vestibular Rehab, Osteoporosis and more!

Work Schedule :

The clinic hours are listed below :

Monday 8 : 30 am 7 pm

Tuesday 10 am 7 pm

Wednesday 7 am 4 pm

Thursday 10 am 7 pm

Friday 7 am 4 pm

The full-time PT hired should expect to work until 7 pm three nights per week.

Part-time candidates who are available to work 25+ hours per week with three weekdays of availability will also be considered.

Compensation and Benefits :

A brand-new grad can expect to receive a yearly salary in the ballpark of $65,000. The compensation package will increase based on the experience of the candidate hired.

Bonus and incentive pay is available based on experience and performance.

Most PTs typically earn in the ballpark of $75,000+ in total compensation.

Hayes Physical Therapy offers a comprehensive benefits package including a $5,000 per year health stipend, tuition reimbursement / student loan repayment of $5,250 per year, CEU reimbursement up to $1,500 per year, $300 Medbridge membership for additional continuing education opportunities, OnusOne compensation program, professional ladder with a path to achieve salary increases based on completion of CEU, retirement plan with 3% company match, 15 days of PTO and 6 legal holidays.

The benefits package also includes short and long-term disability and life insurance.
