WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Underwriting and rating of new high valued homeowners, personal auto, personal umbrella, and dwelling policy submissions
- Servicing existing renewals, surplus lines review, following up for underwriting information
- Setting up new business submission files, issuing policies and endorsements, invoicing policies, policy disbursement, audit reviews
- Maintaining quality control guidelines and meeting requirements for licensing
- Carrier rating
- Building key relationships with both retail & carrier partners while supporting the Production Underwriter
WHAT YOU'LL NEED :
- Holds an active state insurance license 4-40
- At least two years Personal Lines Insurance experience
- Carrier rating experience
- Highly supportive of the Sales & Production process
- Strong PC skills including Word & Excel
- Must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work well with others in a production team environment
- Committed to excellent customer service
