What you'll do :
- Act as a "catch all" and back up for the CEO's office and support team
- Responsibilities may include but are not limited to :
- Calendar management : arrange internal and external meetings (in-person / zoom)
- Supporting the personal needs of the CEO (purchasing gifts, arranging deliveries, running errands, etc.)
- Work directly with internal team members, account teams and clients as the point person for coordinating meetings
- Travel coordination
- Manage expenses as it relates to work-related travel, meals etc.
- Manage time entry for client billings
- Ad hoc administrative projects and tasks
What You Bring To The Table
- You're eligible to join the team immediately!
- You have completed a B.A or B.S.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You possess great attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- You are highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities
- Supporting personal travel and home management logistics
- Support home renovation projects in NYC, Upstate NY, and other areas
- Calendar management to maximize productivity between work and life
- Support communication across a wide range of subcontractors for both personal and work-related matters
- Willing to take on new projects as they come up
