What You'll Do
Epic Games seeks People Analytics Lead at its Boston, Massachusetts office to assist Human Resources and its recruiting teams. Responsible for providing data analytics support across all Human Resources and for serving as a consultant to business partners and leaders to enable data driven decision-making around Epic’s workforce.
In this role, you will
- Develop appropriate metrics for measuring success and build meaningful visualizations to better determine human resource trends, needs and improvements.
- Use data analysis and statistical tools to model, aggregate, and find insight in large data sets.
- Collaborate with Human Resources teams to collect and consolidate meaningful data, perform data analysis, identify patterns, summarize, and communicate findings through the use of visualizations tools and presentations.
- Gather requirements from various stakeholders concerning HR and recruiting data, including opportunities to automate and produce meaningful insight from data.
- Define and implement data reporting tools, reports, and metrics across Human Resources programs.
- Identify gaps in data collection processes and develop solutions to correct them.
- Prepare data driven recommendations in support of Human Resources programs.
- Develop data reporting policies to ensure quality and accuracy of data as well as consistency in the definitions of terms and metrics.
- Perform ad-hoc data gathering and reporting upon request.
- Solve human resources problems and make informed recommendations regarding allocation of human resources, processes, and systems that will assist in making better human resources decisions.
- Direct the work of consultants/contractors.
- Build a roadmap for People Analytics and conduct training for users of dashboards the team develops.
What we’re looking for
Must have a bachelor’s degree, at a minimum, in Management Information Systems (or a closely related discipline) from an accredited university in the U.S., or its foreign equivalent.
Candidates must also possess at least three (3) years of experience with all of the following:
- Development and administration of Human Resources dashboards utilizing visual analytics tools like Tableau/PowerBI.
- Reporting from HCM & ATS tools such as Workday and Greenhouse/Icims.
- Using advanced data analysis tools such as SQL and Python.
- Utilizing statistical models such as Multivariate Logistical & Linear Regressions, Chi Sq and T-Tests.
- Deriving insights & analyses on Hiring, Engagement, Performance and Turnover based on the needs of stakeholders including HR Partners, Recruiting Leadership, HR Leadership & Executives.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check.
