OSITION SUMMARY :
Maintains the cleanliness, sanitary condition and safety of the venue. Interacts with fellow team members, and supervisors in a polite and courteous manner to ensure gracious hospitality.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :
Anticipate and accommodate the needs of all team members.
Ensures the maintenance, general cleanliness, and orderliness of the venue and that walkways are swept, mopped, and clear of debris.
Proper storage and removal of garbage and soiled linens.
Follow supervisor’s instructions, communicate with and support co-workers while being a team player.
Possesses in-depth knowledge of proper usage of cleaning chemicals, soaps, and supplies.
Possesses general knowledge of the venue.
Complies with Department of Health and company sanitation standards.
Communicates product needs to the chefs and / or purchaser.
Properly sets-up venue’s sanitation areas, performs side-work and other opening / closing procedures as directed by management, including :
Stocks station with prescribed supplies.
Performs opening side-work as prescribed.
Performs closing side-work as prescribed.
Reports all breakage, and damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management.
Attends and participates in daily pre-service meetings (where applicable).
Attends and participates in any training sessions or departmental meetings.
Learn by listening, observing other team members, and sharing knowledge while leading by example.
Portrays a positive and professional attitude.
Demonstrates knowledge of Tao Group Hospitality, its partners, and supporting hotel environments.
Works as part of a team and provides help and support to all fellow team members.

Job Description
Prior and after operation stagehands are responsible for loading the stage pieces and DJ booths in and out of the club (XS, Encore Beach Club and Intrigue).
They make all the power and data connections between stage and Front of the House (covering and taping down any cable runs that could go thru a walk area).
Setting up and testing all Special FX. Turning on and testing lighting and LED walls. They are responsible for trouble shooting any issues before the doors open.
- Prefer candidates to have experience with audio / visual and lighting
- Willing to obtain a lift license
- Capable of lifting and carrying objects up to 80 pounds
- Willing to work in high elevations and truss work
- Need an open schedule and availability
- During operations they are there to load and maintain safety of Special FX. As well as be on standby to immediately fix any lighting or LED issues we have.
They respond directly to the project or production manager.
Qualifications

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
