My client is a leading medical device distributor of innovative technologies and solutions that specifically target dermatology and plastic surgery.
They are seeking to hire an Associate Sales Rep with a min. 1-2 years of B2B sales and a desire to break into medical device.
Motivated college grads are welcomed to apply. The ideal candidate will have a background of strong, successful and documented performances.
Candidates must be self-driven and motivated to work a designated territory to manage clinicians and physicians to build, establish and maintain business relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Support senior sales reps within a defined territory
- Manage sales cycle; prospecting to close and establish new business
- Maintain client partnerships and educate physicians and clinicians
- Attend training on new products and technologies
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Meet or exceed territory market share objectives
- Manage inventory and delivery
- Attend trade shows, conferences and other meetings
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 1 year B2B Outside Sales experience
- Demonstrated and documented sales success
- Experience prospecting, closing sales
- Strong Communication & Presentation skills
- Excellent Analytical, Negotiation & Organizational skills
- Ability to travel within territory

What will you be doing?
- Target and develop new account opportunities while supporting and growing targeted casting installed base within the territory
- Attain monthly / quarterly / yearly sales objectives
- Utilize and maintain defined sales analytics through applicable CRM platform
- Develop a formal business plan at the beginning of each fiscal year to be followed by subsequent monthly and quarterly territory reports aimed at achieving territory sales goals
- Identify product improvement opportunities for sales, marketing, and product development teams
- Maintain high level of technical, Integra / competitive product, and disease state knowledge
- Provide in-service programs to targeted accounts, which will include case coverage in the wound clinics
- Submit weekly and monthly reports as defined by sales management
- Operate within defined budgets and strictly with in accordance with policies and procedures
- Strictly adhere to the policies and procedures within the Advamed Code of Conduct and the Sunshine Act
- Execute sales strategies in compliance with Federal Healthcare Program requirements, FDA’s promotional regulations, and Client policy.
- Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following the guidelines set forth in the Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
- Perform sales administrative duties in a timely manner and as defined by management
What do you need for this position?
- COVID-19 Vaccination required. Must be able to provide proof of vaccination upon offer acceptance
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, preferred healthcare experience
- Highly competitive with a strong track record of success
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills
- Confidence to communicate with physicians and other clinical personnel
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
- Physically capable of standing for long hours during cases
- Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs
- Must possess a valid driver’s license

Medical assistant
Description : The Medical Assistant will work to assist the providers with patient appointments in a surgical physician's clinic.
Responsibilities will include : taking patient vitals, entering medical history, cleaning and stocking exam rooms, and preparing patient charts for providers on clinic days.
Medical assistants are also responsible for scanning all patient documents to charts, scheduling radiology testing, and obtaining all necessary records and films for providers to review at appointments.

Clinical liaison
KPC Promise Hospital of OVERLAND PARK : The Clinical Liaison is responsible for educating medical and business professionals, community resources, and others within the service area of the programs and services KPC Promise Hospital can provide.
