Mechanical Engineer
Summary : Seeking a candidate with a strong command of mechanical engineering principles, proficiency in 3D CAD modeling, and experience in quality management to support product development, process improvement, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Requirements :
- Strong command of mechanical engineering principles.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and drawing (Solidworks preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Teams.

Responsibilities :
- Develop in-depth knowledge of product lines, codes, standards, and regulations.
- Assist the Quality department in managing non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and customer complaints.

Mechanical Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop and sustain assets / products / kits. Assist in their commercialization and / or field implementation in agreement with project technical and timing objectives as well as applicable industry standards.
- Undertake technical projects as a team member and lead engineer as required.
- Design, produce and analyze mathematical models drawing design conclusions based on those. Examples : FEAs, GRAs, and others.

This position is for a Mechanical Engineer who will be part of a team supporting specification, design, assembly, and installation of the company systems and products in the laboratory and offshore as needed.
The position sometimes requires installation and factory or site acceptance testing of supplied systems onshore or abroad offshore oil platforms and ships, or in shipyards worldwide.
This position will report to Engineering Manager and will work under general supervision of a Senior Engineer or the Engineering Manager.
Duties will include (but are not limited to) :
- Researching suitable solutions and estimating cost and schedule.
