Overview
The role will report to the Vice President of Marketing North America and work with the marketing services teams to prioritize, manage, and coordinate marketing deliverables as defined by the business units, internal stakeholders, and the marketing leads.
A vital member of the marketing team, this role will be critical to ensuring the materials provided by our internal agency delivery teams are quality controlled, completed on time, on budget, and are within the previously defined scope.
This role will also help shape strategy, by providing input for campaign optimization, and market and competitor analysis where applicable.
Qualified candidates will also be able to provide and interpret reporting on campaign tactics, via our analytics tools, and help determine ROI on marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for briefing and coordinating marketing projects, in conjunction with the marketing project and traffic managers
- Ensure quality, on-time delivery and prioritization of outputs
- Work with marketing leads, key stakeholders, and business units to plan quarterly marketing programs, based on the prioritized initiatives, goals, and activities originating from the strategy
- Translate those goals into functional deliverables by quarter and scope the outputs with the marketing delivery teams
- Liaise with other delivery teams or 3rd party suppliers involved in any initiative or output
- Evaluate marketing strategy, KPIs and commercial benefit to ensure effective prioritization and future activity planning
- Complete and present monthly marketing performance reporting against established KPI’s
- Work with central marketing team to establish and maintain budgets for marketing initiatives
- Build sales pipeline for business unit’s broad range of products and services using marketing services delivery teams’ offering including (but not limited to) : Lead GenerationContent GenerationDigital MarketingAdvertisingDirect Mail / BillboardsSales Enablement
Qualifications
- Salesforce or CRM experience a plus
- Degree in marketing / communications
- 7+ years experience in marketing services
- Commodities marketing or financial services marketing experience preferred
- Project management skills a plus
- Polished communication and presentation skills to present projects, ideas, budgets, and results to key stakeholders across all levels
- Understanding of financial analysis and ability to calculate ROI for marketing initiatives to inform strategy, prioritize projects and initiatives in terms of impact to the business
- Strong B2B sales acumen and understanding of various sales processes
- Ability to help business units identify and define customer value propositions for products and services that enhance client offering and support cross-selling objectives

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

What you’ll be doing :
As the Marketing Analyst - Marketo you are a resource working with the marketing and creative services team to manage tracking of performance;
ensure accurate effective reporting, manage and provide support to the client / brand marketing teams, while maintaining a superior level of client service to internal and external customers.

Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo) Support :
Responsible for configuring and managing the SPP Marketo Instance, including programs, data flows and templates that impact multiple business units within the organization.
This includes primary ownership of the master workspace in Marketo.
- During implementation, provide direction and work with Marketo professional services to provide and shape the way the Marketo instance will be build.
- Long term, will determine proper scope of releases of new functionality in Marketo, ensure marketing vision is translated in the tool correctly, will support change management and communications, will support all administrative aspects of Marketo.
Responsible for onboarding new resources.
- Identify training opportunities and support training delivery, as needed. Support documentation efforts and sharing learnings with other teams.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose how to act on them as well as identify issues and make recommendations on prioritization based on business and / or user impact.
- Own the development / implementation of new modules / enhancement to Marketo, operating service standards, methodologies, and frameworks to support on-going reporting, analysis etc.
- Use Business Analyst skills to lead cross functional teams and a proven track record of leading change and getting things done through others.
- Implement business process and workflow rules.
- Work with other business units (Account Services, Art Directors, Merchandising,) in uploading documents and creating / editing templates.
