SCHEDULE DETAILS :

Our Marketing Manager will work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

  • Develop and maintain reports to coordinate performance of the marketing team, as well as the individual performance levels of its Team Members.
  • Report department performance to management as well as the performance of programs, incentives and staff.
  • Hold individual monthly performance reviews in partnership with team members and team leaders.
  • Handle cases where performance is below minimum standard according to marketing policy, and in conjunction with Human Resources guidelines.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Overview of Role

The Marketing Coordinator will be actively involved in the marketing production processes associated with responses for new business opportunities within RLB.
